I went in to see if I could exchange a hat (gifted to me) with no receipt and the barcode was partially ripped off. The salesperson who assisted me was so helpful. They tried everything they could to track this hat info down. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so and could not exchange the hat. Regardless, the service I received made me leave happy.

Happy holidays to me! This is perfect! On Christmas even I go to a Lids store to purchase a gift and I'm treated rudely by the customer sales representative who laughs at me when I ask if they have Apple Pay. First of its 2016 who doesn't know what Apple Pay is? Secondly I requested a gift receipt this sales agent smirked and said we don't provide that, I wanted to confirm that this was correct, so i asked again. She looked at me like I was an idiot and with a attitude said they don't bye! I was livid I received the customer care number they were not able to assist me he only thing they could do was say sorry n email my receipt by the time I get this Christmas will be over. THANK YOU! Lids you can know that I will never shop your store AGAIN! By the way the tmanager of the store is MAKALA! Do not go here!
