So My boyfriend goes in here to get something put on his hat and TYLER. Refuses to put it on his hat when it’s only a nickname for Him being a light Hispanic Wasn’t any curse words or profanity and still refused to put it! His customer service was not what I expected in the city of SUMMERLIN . Why would you deny a service if that’s literally your job . Should have stayed home from work if you was having a bad day. Don’t take it out on customers.

Last month, a co-worker purchased a lid for me as a birthday gift and supplied a gift receipt. Today, I went to exchange the lid and the warm and friendly salesman and manager told me no. The purchaser removed the inner tag, which voided the return/exchange policy. I asked if I could get a discount on another lid and the answer was I’m sorry sir but no. The two nice Lid employees rebagged my lid and attempted to hand it back to me. I said I did not do anything wrong, I cannot wear the lid, and enjoy your free lid. I left the store and purchased another lid from a competitor. It’s unfortunate that a few bad apples force a company into restrict return/exchange policies and honest customers pay the price.

The employees were great but Lids is disappointing as a company. You can’t check inventory for stores online nor can you place an order online for pickup in store. The sales online are way cheaper than the prices in store too. Went in and don’t have the hat I wanted so finally placed an order online and says it was delivered but never arrived. Contacted customer service multiple times and they shipped a replacement order but informed me that the warehouse doesn’t ship until mid-march. This was odd as it was the beginning of march and you pay $6. Shipping appears very shady. I finally cancelled my order and will go somewhere else. First and last time I try buying anything from Lids. Their emails are on the verge of harassment for how many they send too.

Walked in at 2 pm on a Wednesday. As I walked in employee said, “we are closed right now” in an unwelcoming tone. Confused, I said your closed? He said yes I’m going on break for 30 minutes and I left he locked the door. Not anyone in the shop. Guess that wasn’t a break in itself. Needless to say doing business was an inconvenience for this employee. I Went into the shop to buy a few hats for myself and a hat for a birthday present. But employee could care less about doing business. No come back in 30, just pretty much a get out. Avoid this location !

If you are a female don't bother coming to this location. Went in to ask about the process of ordering a custom lid for my hubs wanting to order right away and the guy that was there was very dismissive and even answered a call when I was asking about the timeframe completely dismissing me. Clearly the impression given was "oh it's just a chic, not important enough.". I guarantee if I was a dude he would have been happy to try to sell me something. Waste of time.

I went there to get something for my brother, and I arrived at 7:50pm and they were already closed when they're supposed to be closed at 8. Then I went back in the next day and the customer service was terrible. The manager, Travis, had some company come in and didn't even care to give me any attention he let the guy being trained try to assist me and wouldn't even help the poor kid. He then tried to sell me Joey Bosa signature on a 49ers hat as if it was Nick Bosa. I literally had to Google the signature before actually getting it embroidered into the hat. Then he acted as if I was an inconvenience to him the whole time since he had company. The guy honestly looks like and acts like a self entitled idiot. I only got it done there because I was pressed for time and I really wanted to get the receipt for that purchase so that I could call corporate on him. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don't go there. Outlets is the way to go

Located across from buckle store in downtown Summerlin shopping center. Mostly hats with some shirts and sports jerseys. You can buy a sports hat or have one custom made on the spot. Cool concept l. Staff is scattered throughout the store and are readily available for assistance.

Customer service was great...however, how can this shop carry "NO" San Antonio Spurs gear? Not even one hat, we had the #1 generational pick??? Been a longtime spurs fan, so I expected to finally see spurs merchandise coming out now that the team is relevant again. GSG. How about LV Aces gear too? We are the world champs and not even carried here locally either?
