I would avoid this place like the plague. They've raised the rent on my storage space over 40% from January to September in 2025. This is price-gouging, plain and simple.

This was the first encounter I had with the new Manager, Drake. He was very friendly and was respectful and helpful. He took the time to explain options and was able to help me. I have been with Extra Storage for almost 2 years. I’m so glad I was referred to them by a former colleague. Thank you !

Had the pleasure of being helped by Drake. Ive never dealt with Self Storage before and Drake made the whole process so easy to understand. He made me feel so comfortable from the jump with his upbeat personality. A true asset to any company. Keep up the great work!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I don’t ask for much and the little I do ask for it’s a problem! I got yelled at by Michelle and disrespected by Rick! Now there’s a new one being trained I believe his name is drake and he is acting just like Rick! Very confrontational very not willing to help, horrible customer service they will argue with you tooth and nail! Asked on numerous time to speak with the district manager and drake says I quote: “I cant make her call you.” And then I call corporate and all they could do was keep escalating it to the district manager who does not return phone calls. That leaves me to believe the owner condones this behavior. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They just want to take your money and not willing to help with ANYTHING!

This rating is due to Rick, and Rick alone. It’s unfortunate that the person taking over has such large shoes to fill. No pressure.
For those considering this location, be certain you call this office and avoid the likely used car salesmen selling (pressuring) on the phone .

I have had storage at Extra Space at Jones and Blue Diamond for both personal and business for the past 15 years. It is always very clean and well maintained. I have had the pleasure of having the manager Rick's help for the past 8 years. He has always so professional, efficient and friendly. I am very sad to learn that he will be retiring soon. I hope Extra Space is able to hire someone as great as Rick!
