The on site manager that was on shift, Dana, was so incredible. She helped me find a unit that fit my needs and with my back disability ensure i had reasonable access to my loading and unloading actions. She was so friendly and communicative and extremely patient. Highly recommend coming here and requesting for Ms. Dana to guide you through the process.

Renting storage online and being sent your access code for your unit via email was a new concept since the last time I rented storage space. It was so easy and they were available by phone if I needed them, which once or twice I did. I rented an inside unit on the 3rd floor. With the carts just inside the double doors and the elevator it was an easy process to bring belongings in and out over the past few months. Ashley was very helpful at move out. Just so you feel protected they know what is going on. We were set to move out on the 27th of August but due to my having surgery I needed to move out the 2nd. I forgot to tell them but today (4th) Ashley called me because she was doing her rounds and noticed my lock was off and it was empty. If I had called them Saturday I could have received a pro-rated refund - keep that in mind people. The building felt safe, you are on camera & it was kept clean. I was there a few times at night myself and I am 67. I would highly recommend them.
