I want to start with the best most positive part, and that was the team that was there. As a business owner myself, I strive to have a friendly and welcoming team, that is exactly what our experience at Lab was like. But I was slightly disappointed in the experience itself. I thought we would have the opportunity to get hands and mix or package ourselves on rather than just watch. That’s not to downplay how fun this experience is, and I would recommend it keeping in mind, It is a little pricey when you don’t actually do much but try on the product. I thought the engraving was a great addition and really made the experience. I think another great addition would be to offer beverages, even if it is at a cost.

This was an absolutely fabulous experience. A lil pricey but so unique and fun. Rianne was phenomenal and so patient when we figured out our colors. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.

I’ve been looking for an everyday color for so long and haven’t had any luck!
Came to lip lab and found my every day shade and a shade for going out!
Ariel was amazing! She lead me in the right direction and was so kind!

This was such a cool experience! You get to customize your own lip glosses, lip balms, blush sticks, and lipsticks. They do require a reservation, and spots seem to fill up fast, so be sure to book online beforehand. After you're done, they save your formulas for you in case you want to reorder in the future. I will definitely be back to do this again the next time I'm in Vegas. Alexus was the employee who worked with me and she was super nice!

Staff was very friendly and very kind. I think what was really disappointing about this experience was that we did not make the lip balm/lipstick. They touched everything and they did everything- we were not really hands-on with this experience, and when we booked it, we thought it was more of a hands-on experience similar to candlemaking or glass blowing like something more hands-on so that was really disappointing and kind of misleading that you’re not really making the lipstick you’re kind of just telling them what shade or color you want and then they do the whole process themselves.

My granddaughter had a magnificent time. She was able to make her own lip gloss and name it. The Lip Lab is so cute and perfect for parties of all kinds and ages. So much fun for everyone!!

I brought my daughter there and also made a lipstick for my girlfriend. The lady who worked with us was so nice. It was a bit pricey, but it is an experience picking out things like: type (lip stick, gloss or balm), color, flavor, and color of tube for lipstick. You get to name it, and they print a little label for it as well. I was really impressed by how great the service was there. We don't love in Vegas, but if we did, I'd def have my daughter's birthday party there. I noticed they had a nice back room for events like that. Pretty cool place to experience. It's not horribly long of a process, but we took our time, and the employees were super patient with us.

My lip gloss only stays on for about 15 minutes that I bought from the lip lab and the one I bought from wig and braid stayed on for a hour and I paid $1.99 for that one. And lip lab I paid $86.00 I WILL NOT go back there

Was in town for CES and stopped by to get two custom lipsticks made. After we tried a couple of combinations, we found a nice terra cotta beige orange shade that I tried and liked. I was told to go look around for 20-30 minutes and then come back. I did just that. After I have returned, I picked up my custom bag, which I should have checked. The two lipsticks turned out not to be even close to the color I have picked, having paid $70 per lipstick plus a big tip, this was a huge disappointment. I’m hoping that it was a mix up, but if I were ever to try this again, I’m checking my colors before I leave the door.

First of all…CHEYENNE is the absolute BEST! From the moment we walked in the door, she made us feel welcomed. She took her time explaining the process and she was patient while doing so. We would recommend this experience to our friends.
