UPDATE: Yolanda from Living Spaces called me this morning after receiving the survey I filled out including all of the following information. She refunded our delivery charge and was very apologetic. I can't tell you how much that means as a customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came into Living Spaces a month ago with my mother who was moving into assisted living after my father (her husband of 70 years) passed away last fall. She needed a couch for her new small home. We found a loveseat that might work but decided to wait until she was settled in. We arrived at the store last Thursday to find that the love seat we had returned to purchase was being sold as a floor model moments before we found our first salesperson. That model would no longer be available. We found another couch that would be great in the loveseat size but again were told by a second "sales" person that it was also being discontinued and that he could not help us because he was working with another customer. Feeling frustrated, I went to the front of the store to ask for assistance as we had just fallen in love with two items that were not available. A seemingly helpful associate (at first) walked me back to my mother but then told me that she could only help us if we found what we wanted and she would look on the app to tell us if it was available. That's it. There was no suggestion or helpful information. She wound up telling us that she had other things to do and if we did not find anything we liked, we should probably go elsewhere. I was committed to buying my mother something in that store on that day...it's not easy getting an 88 year old woman in and out of stores with a walker...so I pulled up Living Spaces online and began my own search. We found a loveseat at basically the same time we were approached by a FOURTH salesperson. His name was Aaron and my mother asked him to pretend she was his grandmother and to please help us. Aaron played along and was super sweet finding my mother the color she wanted and making the final few minutes of this shopping experience feel ok. I never would have imagined the dismissiveness of the sales team at the Las Vegas Living Spaces had I not witnessed it for myself. My husband and I have a long history as Living Spaces customers however, their lack of customer service can only be attributed in my mind to the fact that they no longer receive commissions. Common courtesy and compassion should not be so difficult to find and the manager of this location should be ashamed. And...Aaron deserves a raise.

Living spaces guest services suck! Their sales were great when I placed my orders in store! But since I placed my orders, I've waited for 2 months now, and to ask about my orders delivery service, the guest service person who answered the call gave me attitude for asking when my orders will be delivered and if they can schedule the delivery without the last item (out of 15 items), since I'll be out of country soon, and will not be able to receive the items. He kept sighing and his tone was so inpatient. It is rude.

My wife and I were waiting for a delivery from 1:00 - 4:00 today and by 4:05, our delivery was not here and no one had called us to notify us why. We called the provided number and all they offer us was that " there was a delay at one of the previous stops, but they will be there within the hour, and you are delivery 9 of 11". By 6:10, no one had come to our home or called us to let us know what was going on. So we called customer service again, and all we were told was that the truck had broken down and they will have to reschedule us for three days later. My wife is a physician and I am a nurse, and we can't just reschedule during the week. Living Spaces did absolutely nothing to accommodate our need for delivery tomorrow morning. When we inquired about the delivery company's information so that we could call them ourselves to try and schedule for a time that is convenient for us, the manager, Carlos, told us that it is a third-party delivery company and that it is Living Spaces' policy that they do not give out the information of this company. Wait. Living Spaces actually told me that there will be a delivery company that is potentially unlicensed coming to my home at an unspecified time and I am not allowed to contact them or even to know which company that they're using. When I probed Carlos further and asked again if he is sure he does not want to give me the information about the company that will be delivering my furniture to my home, he asked me to keep the call professional. I will definitely be keeping this professional and reporting their lack of transparency to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that someone doesn't have their house cased by a random delivery person and then broken into later. We remained on the phone for over an hour until he agreed to give us a full refund. We went to the store to get things cleared up while we were on the phone with customer service, and while the cashier was polite and professional, the woman behind the desk and the manager (John?) had a private, side conversation which didn't include us only to come back and say the same script as customer service. I left high school 17 years ago but apparently the mean girls didn't and now they work at Living Spaces. Don't be fooled by the pretty building, cheap furniture and clean store... it's a ruse and behind the curtain, it really stinks in there and you will regret buying from this place.

I came on here to write a review about our experience two weeks ago.. WOW.. that's a lot of BAD REVIEWS.. OVER 500.. wish saw those first.. We purchased a mattress then decided to cancel order the following day.. TWO WEEKS LATER HAD STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED.. when I called to see where our refund was on the two week mark.. I was told that we were given store credit ? WTF ? $2,300 ? why would they just decide to do that on their own when they were instructed to refund the money since the order was CANCELED? I called two more times only to be told "we're checking on it" then I was told I would get a confirmation by morning which I did not of course. Incredibly dishonest company. Told cc company to just reverse the charge. Too bad.. they have nice stuff but dont trust them

Never again! Buyers beware! Stay away! Will never buy anything from them again. Worst customer service and warranty is crap and meaningless. Bought a $2800 custom ordered sectional (their top line) and have had it just 6 months. We are still under the manufacturers warranty. Fabric is piling and shedding and cushions were never firm to begin with but are now sagging to where it's so uncomfortable. We are empty nesters and my wife is 5'1 and weighs 105 lbs and she is sinking way down. We truly believe their manufacturing was defective. Their position is everything is just normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty. Told them we would live with the fabric but all the seat cushions need to be replaced. They so no go. The bottom line is once you take possession and even if you buy the extended warranty nothing is covered and you have to live with it. Don't you think an almost $3000 sofa should last more than a year? Wish we would have read all the negative reviews before we went in there.

The service was was great! The expensive dining room table I purchased with warranty which they promised all most everything was covered was not true. I bought the table year ago and there was spill which ruin the cheap wood! They denied my claim- I'm embarrassed to admit what I paid, after a year of payments I still have 6 months left-smh. So much for beautiful solid wood table - the top looks like it's peeling off. I wish I would have read all these reviews before shopping there- Beware! Just because the sales people are nice doesn't mean this is a good company! Terrible horribly made furniture - insert cry face here

Very disappointing experience. Furniture quality does not meet our expectations for the price. The insurance they sell also does not cover what we thought it would. We felt deceived by the brochure provided at the store. I feel the low star rating is completely justified for the service provided to us by living spaces. Buyer beware!! Seems the "Business Employee" responds to most of the negative reviews apologizing for people's experiences. We spoke to the store manager directly with no resolution. Their response was simply that the furniture insurance company they utilize is a 3rd party vendor and they can't help..... So why use them and promote them in your store???

So, I've had my couch for about 6 months now & I bought the protection plan in case anything happened- I have now had several issues & they have declined the coverage for water marks, stains & pet damage, which all says that's covered. Do not waste your money on this OVERPRICED, low quality furniture because they don't care to help provide the service they claim to for the product you buy.

I've ordered furniture several times in the past and the service, product, and delivery has never been great. This past January 9th I ordered a complete living room set for around $6000 and I'm still waiting to know when my delivery will take place. I've had them call me and schedule delivery twice where I had to take a day off of work obviously for their 12 hour delivery window and they canceled on me both times. They're telling me the product is on back order but they don't know exactly when it'll be in they're hoping for late March. The products are made cheap and inexpensive and the service goes right along with that. I would definitely not recommend shopping here.

Excellent customer service, Ahymee was wonderful and suggested an awesome coffee table to match my sofa purchase. Delivery was top notch, as they were on time and did a great job with assembly and setup. Lots of updates via email/texting via this business, I knew exactly when my furniture was scheduled, highly recommend.

Customer service was very good. My friend found some furniture pieces they really like. Items were delivered, assembled, and arrived within the delivery schedule as expected.

Possibly the worst company ever to do business with. Once you purchase, is when they really put the screws to you . Bought a sectional on Dec,27th. They called on the 29th to deliver on New Years Day. Time frame was all day. Explained it was a holiday and the delivery times were not acceptable. They became belligerent and I told them to just cancel order. So then they charged us $500. I never have written a bad review, but the unacceptable behavior of this company needs to be heard. This is at the Las Vegas location Buyer Beware

The website states that they will email a 3 hour window the night prior to delivery. This is not true. I have had 2 couches delivered on different days in the last month. I was Never emailed with a delivery window. Enjoy taking a whole day off from work. Oh well, good service is difficult to find.

The customer service was great. I had an idea what I wanted when it came to a Sofa and a chair. I just couldn't refine it. My room is large but an odd shape. People were patient. They listened, offered suggestions, never were pushy or over "salespersonish" great selection and I came away with a fabulous sofa , end table and recliner. The price was way below what I thought it would be and they deliver..,BONUS!
