Customer service was terrible. Purchased a couch that has a defect that was never addressed to our satisfaction. I would never use this company again, based on our experience.

I'm not much of a reviewer, but given the discrepancy between the supposed "4.6 star" Google reviews vs. hundreds of detailed negative reviews here on Yelp, I feel a responsibility to contribute to the truth. We went in-store to shop for beds. The sales team was pleasant, not pushy, and made the check-out process a breeze. Every other step of the way was a nightmare. Preparing for delivery day, we cleared the bedroom of our old bed to make space for the new one to be assembled. The delivery team arrived and after sprawling out the pieces across the room, noticed they are missing legs to assemble the bed. We're told that we'll hear back from someone in "20-minutes." When we pondered whether they should clear out all the materials and the unassembled bed, it was implied that there's no need, as they'll return today. A few hours pass with no call or update, so we call the customer service line for an ETA. They couldn't provide a timeframe, but twice, the customer service rep assured us it would be done today. That gave me enough peace of mind, given that we technically didn't have a functioning place to sleep as of then. A few more hours pass and still no word. We call again, and this time the rep says "it could take up to 24-hours." We're thinking, 'so where do we sleep tonight while our bedroom is filled with materials of an unassembled bed?' Figure-out-able, but a pretty major inconvenience to suffer for their mistake... So I tried my luck one more time before the end of the day to see if they can make it back today so we have a bed to sleep on.. This time, and this shocked me, we're told we have to wait at least 6 days for them to return and finish the job. So, to recap: we went from 20-minutes, to "today," to "today" again, to "up to 24 hours"..... to SIX DAYS. As a compromise, we agree that a refund of the assembly fee was fair, and that we'll wait the 6-days, clear out the room, and re-install our original bed in the meantime. Delivery day #2 arrives, we take apart our original bed AGAIN and clear it out of the room again... and get this: Another delivery team returns, without the missing legs! They literally showed up at our house 6 days later, only to repeat the same exact problem. I said why don't you just go ahead and assemble the bed without the legs, and they can come attach them when they're available. So they install the bed, then point out that the legs are actually necessary for the slats to lay properly... so now a pieced-together bed is taking up the room and it's not even fully functional. I said, well if we can't use this, we should probably take it out of here so that we can fit a proper bed in here to use until the legs arrive... they said, "You want us to take it apart???" affectively guilting me into letting them leave it so as not to waste their labor, trusting they'll come back today with the legs. (so foolish of me). After they leave, now that the bed is (alllmmost) fully assembled.. I noticed that the end doesn't pull out like a drawer for storage, as was advertised in the store model, and as was reflected on our sales receipt, AND as it said on the tag attached to the product received ("WITH STORAGE"). I call customer service again to mention that not only are we STILL missing legs, the storage component also wasn't delivered. They basically say that there's some sort of issue on their end with how the product is advertised, and that it'd require me to exchange it for another special-order item of a higher price in order to accommodate the advertised storage component. I'm not paying for your mistakes and your false advertising, so I basically landed on "get this bed out of here so that I can never think about this terrible experience again" (and I'm having to wait another couple days for them to haul it out of here)... which means we're going to have to do the labour of un-assembling the

Affordable prices, no negotiating, zero pressure. Lots to choose from! You can even order online and pick up your delivery in the back without any hassle! I've bought several of my bedroom sets from Living Spaces. Solid quality! Don't go to Bob's Furniture, the salespeople are horrible there. Living Spaces employees are friendly, welcoming & have great customer relations!

I am very displeased with the second time we arrived at Living Spaces on Rampart Blvd in Las Vegas, NV. My girlfriend and I had purchased sofas and a bed frame which we were happy with the process of purchasing as well as the delivery. We came a second time to now buy a dinning room table, and this second experience was a whole 180 turn from our first experience. We observed a table we really wanted and the sales person Vina assisted us. At first she stated she'd have to check if they can order it. We liked the dinning table so much we offered to buy the one on the floor on display. Vina said that is a possibility but they will not deliver it to our home. After discussing we agreed we'll take the responsibility to pick it up ourselves and find a vehicle to move it to our new home. Vina then stated they will not disassemble the table for us and we'll have to deliver it to our home how it came making it difficult for us to even fit it through our door. And to top it off, we decided we just wanted the table alone and Vina stated you will have to buy the chairs and bench it came with no exceptions. It was very frustrating attempting to buy this table even after we ourselves took the responsibility to find solutions to the problem (buying a display table, finding a vehicle to deliver the table ourselves) and she still would not work with us. It is discouraging wanting to return and do business and recommend Living Spaces to friends and family after we spend quite some money in this company for them to reject us from being able to purchase a table due to us not wanting to buy the chairs.

Purchased dining room table in the store and they said I would receive it in a few weeks. 4 months and 8 scheduled deliveries later still no table. 8 times they called me the day before the delivery and said they have either "misplaced" the product or they have not received in into the warehouse. That's the type of service you receive after spending $5,000 in store in one transaction at living spaces. BEWARE.

I purchased a $2K dollar sofa from them a little over 2 years ago and the seams are already starting to fray. With how much I paid, I expected much better quality. Their customer service told me that that was too bad and that they were unwilling to help. Highly recommend avoid this place, their furniture is poor quality, as is their customer service.

Bought a couch and it was delivered with tons of scuffs and dirt. Ive talked to 3 people in customer service and none have helped. One rep, Erica, even rushed me off the phone saying they can only stay on the line for 10 min. I even tried the customer service on the website and its been 15 min no response after asking for the customer number. Not happy with how this is going considering I've paid quite a bit for the couch.

I spent over $3k on living room furniture, had a scheduled delivery for 4/2. I call to follow up and am told that only part of my order will come on 4/2 and the other would be delivered on 4/4. I get a time window of 10:45-1:45 for delivery on 4/2. I get a text saying the delivery is 10 minutes out at 12:26p. 1:30 comes around and still no delivery. I call Living Spaces and am told that oh no that part of your order is no longer coming today it's bumped out to 4/4. This is ridiculous. Is it even going to come on 4/4 - nobody knows. But, they expect me to waste my time waiting around for it to arrive. Do not buy furniture here - it's a complete gamble when or if you'll ever receive it.

This location has terrible customer service. The only employee who was kind to us was a woman named Patrice. Everyone else ignored us and one woman whose name I think started with a V truly left my sister and I feeling insulted. We explained to her that we were looking for a small couch for an apartment and she preceded to talk to us as if we were stupid despite the fact that we've purchased couches from this location before and we made that clear to her. Overall, this location felt extremely unwelcoming.

Don't bother ordering anything from this company. It's a scam. I order a sofa from Living Spaces on March 1st. Was supposed to arrive March 16. They then reschedule for March 23. Then they contact me on March 26 attempting to reschedule for April 17. They "offered" me the "option" to cancel my order but insisted on keeping 10% of the amount paid. What a SCAM! Living Spaces is a fraudulent company and I would not suggest that anyone order merchandise from them in the future.

while the selection was nice, the sales person was not very helpful on anything important. She mislead us on pricing and almost ordered the wrong couch after correcting her already once. I wish I had followed my first mind and ordered online. I guess no comission means there is no motivation to satisfy the customer. What started as a pleasant shopping experience quickly turned sour when I was charged $130 more than originally signed up for.

I just received my order today. I was so excited until they removed my furniture from the box . Pieces were stained and the threads from the seams were coming apart. I refused the order but must wait 48 hours before they can help me. I'm so irritated. The more I look at the pic of the crusty grey stain on the sofa seat, the more the pieces look like they had been sat on. The young lady from Customer Service did not help. She suggested that I should have kept the furniture and they would send someone to CLEAN and RESTITCH my brand new furniture. WTH??? I wish I could give 0 stars.

UPDATE: Yolanda from Living Spaces called me this morning after receiving the survey I filled out including all of the following information. She refunded our delivery charge and was very apologetic. I can't tell you how much that means as a customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came into Living Spaces a month ago with my mother who was moving into assisted living after my father (her husband of 70 years) passed away last fall. She needed a couch for her new small home. We found a loveseat that might work but decided to wait until she was settled in. We arrived at the store last Thursday to find that the love seat we had returned to purchase was being sold as a floor model moments before we found our first salesperson. That model would no longer be available. We found another couch that would be great in the loveseat size but again were told by a second "sales" person that it was also being discontinued and that he could not help us because he was working with another customer. Feeling frustrated, I went to the front of the store to ask for assistance as we had just fallen in love with two items that were not available. A seemingly helpful associate (at first) walked me back to my mother but then told me that she could only help us if we found what we wanted and she would look on the app to tell us if it was available. That's it. There was no suggestion or helpful information. She wound up telling us that she had other things to do and if we did not find anything we liked, we should probably go elsewhere. I was committed to buying my mother something in that store on that day...it's not easy getting an 88 year old woman in and out of stores with a walker...so I pulled up Living Spaces online and began my own search. We found a loveseat at basically the same time we were approached by a FOURTH salesperson. His name was Aaron and my mother asked him to pretend she was his grandmother and to please help us. Aaron played along and was super sweet finding my mother the color she wanted and making the final few minutes of this shopping experience feel ok. I never would have imagined the dismissiveness of the sales team at the Las Vegas Living Spaces had I not witnessed it for myself. My husband and I have a long history as Living Spaces customers however, their lack of customer service can only be attributed in my mind to the fact that they no longer receive commissions. Common courtesy and compassion should not be so difficult to find and the manager of this location should be ashamed. And...Aaron deserves a raise.

Living spaces guest services suck! Their sales were great when I placed my orders in store! But since I placed my orders, I've waited for 2 months now, and to ask about my orders delivery service, the guest service person who answered the call gave me attitude for asking when my orders will be delivered and if they can schedule the delivery without the last item (out of 15 items), since I'll be out of country soon, and will not be able to receive the items. He kept sighing and his tone was so inpatient. It is rude.

My wife and I were waiting for a delivery from 1:00 - 4:00 today and by 4:05, our delivery was not here and no one had called us to notify us why. We called the provided number and all they offer us was that " there was a delay at one of the previous stops, but they will be there within the hour, and you are delivery 9 of 11". By 6:10, no one had come to our home or called us to let us know what was going on. So we called customer service again, and all we were told was that the truck had broken down and they will have to reschedule us for three days later. My wife is a physician and I am a nurse, and we can't just reschedule during the week. Living Spaces did absolutely nothing to accommodate our need for delivery tomorrow morning. When we inquired about the delivery company's information so that we could call them ourselves to try and schedule for a time that is convenient for us, the manager, Carlos, told us that it is a third-party delivery company and that it is Living Spaces' policy that they do not give out the information of this company. Wait. Living Spaces actually told me that there will be a delivery company that is potentially unlicensed coming to my home at an unspecified time and I am not allowed to contact them or even to know which company that they're using. When I probed Carlos further and asked again if he is sure he does not want to give me the information about the company that will be delivering my furniture to my home, he asked me to keep the call professional. I will definitely be keeping this professional and reporting their lack of transparency to the Better Business Bureau in hopes that someone doesn't have their house cased by a random delivery person and then broken into later. We remained on the phone for over an hour until he agreed to give us a full refund. We went to the store to get things cleared up while we were on the phone with customer service, and while the cashier was polite and professional, the woman behind the desk and the manager (John?) had a private, side conversation which didn't include us only to come back and say the same script as customer service. I left high school 17 years ago but apparently the mean girls didn't and now they work at Living Spaces. Don't be fooled by the pretty building, cheap furniture and clean store... it's a ruse and behind the curtain, it really stinks in there and you will regret buying from this place.
