I was shopping and saw this Location of L'OCCITANE. I use to shop at the one in Summerlin. I was so sad, when it closed down. I was re- introduced to all of the new items in the store, by Nicole.
She was so lovely and gave us an exceptional customer service experience . I actually felt like I was on a Vacation in France. I will be retuning to purchase more of the new fragrances she introduced us to , for my summer collection of beautiful scents.

I am a local now in Las Vegas for last 2 years and I love coming to this store. The manager Nicole and especially assistant manager Sara are so friendly and helpful. They have great products and the store is well organized and beautiful and I love coming here!

I've been using the L'Occitane anti-aging products for years. Yes, I spend money my face than most women. The sudden change of weather brought on chapped lips. The lip balm here is the bomb! Yes, pun intended. Well worth $12. Clara is is lovelier and always so helpful!

As a regular local customer, I shop in L’occitane Las Vegas very often. I always know what to buy and where the product is. It was fine and I had very good experience until recently. There is a new employee named Clara, who is trying to hard sell and following me in the store which made me uncomfortable. Since she knows me as a local, she tried to convenience me to shop only at those days she works. I understand maybe she got commission but I just want to come whenever I want to and she shouldn’t talk to customer like that. I think it’s not appropriate.

What’s the point of having a store in an OUTLET if the Prices are the same as the Regular Store? I bought something for $40 thinking that was a Discounted price only to go inside a regular store in the Mall and the item was the Exact same price. To make it worse they gave me a floor sample that was open & used instead of an unopened new product for $40 seriously?? I Won’t be going back to this store or any of their stores in an Outlet ever again
