I lived here for almost 3 years. My job is remote so I spent A LOT of time at Loft 5. Below I’ve compiled my experience and hopefully it helps someone.The Leasing Office, HOA, Maintenance:Leasing office and HOA staff were nice and communicated effectively. Christina and Allain were very helpful, informative and professional. All of my maintenance request were completed in a timely manner and if there were any hold ups it was communicated. The maintenance employees were very kind, knowledgeable and quick. I appreciated them during my time there.My unit: 2 bed, 2.5 bath, enclosed patio 5th floor: It was a lot of space for a 2 bed 2.5 bath with the enclosed patio. You won’t find anything like it in Vegas. It was quiet with the occasional noise from neighbors. The 5th floor in my building was very quiet and my living room faced the I-15 so I didn’t experience too much noise. Security did a good job addressing noise complaints, especially in the middle of the night.Parking:I had a few issues over the years with my assigned parking spot. Both security and leasing office handled the situation in a timely manner.Amenities:I used the gym frequently and it was upgraded with new equipment over the years. It was good to use for my workouts and I don’t have any complaints. I used the pool and hot tub often and didn’t have any issues.Overall:I rated this complex 4 stars because everywhere has its positives and negatives. No place is perfect. My positives outweighed my negatives while living here. I relocated to another state or I would’ve stayed in my unit. I felt safe and liked having the security at the gate and roaming around the complex observing the property. Out of all my apartments I’ve had in Vegas in the 10 years this one was my favorite. After moving out I received my full deposit back. Again, I hope this review is helpful.

The girls at the office are completely unprofessional and flirt. I've seen the girl Aileen on multiple occasions flirting with different men here and one of them being my neighbors husband. Just trashy and tacky. Its going around between the neighbors that she meets up with guys she meets here and is charging them for sex I don't know which one but I wouldn't be surprised if it was her. My wife would lose her mind if she acted that way towards me and it's made my wife uncomfortable with me going down there to just pay rent and I shouldn't have to deal with those problems because some chick can't hold her professionalism in the work place. I pay too much to have drama at home. I can't wait to get out of here plus it's just messy as hell and I'm paying for amenities that don't even work. The hot tubs are never actually hot and that used to be something my wife.and I'd do after a long day of work. The gym equipment is always broken and the bathrooms trashed. I don't even see security walk around anymore. On top of that I was visiting my friends apartment on the other side.by building 3 and kids were running around screaming. I could hear a neighbor yell for them to quiet down and no response. One of my neighbors even said some girl was walking her dog around here and stayed another neighbor and his dog with pepper spray and they never kicked her out. The list goes on

I lived here and loved it ! Two balconies 3 bathrooms massive two story loft home . Loved my master bathroom so beautiful. The office ladies were very kind and helpful to me. It was a beautiful loft I only left cause I moved to Miami. But if I come back to Vegas ill definitely live here again. I see some people saying they don’t give your deposit back. And all I can say is you must of broke a lot of things or been dirty if left it dirty. I cleaned everything and shampooed the floors left everything spotless. And I got my 3k deposit back with no problems. So be mindful of that there might be reasons some don’t get it back. I rate this place a 10 star ⭐️ beautiful building I loved that everything was 24hour and it had great security my nice car was always safe and so was my home ?. Thanks loft5

Disgusting, repulsive, unprofessional security staff on 062423 2am.I was helping a resident get home and the security person started yelling my back window with this Tagalog accent like she didn't speak English. She was yelling at the resident about her 'ghetto car'. I drive a 2023 which probably cost more than she made last year.I know the minimum wage her is like $10 an hour but you MUST be able to find better quality help.I also noticed a man with a mustache staggering around the inside of the complex as I was exiting. Scary sight for 2am.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the loft. I used their online resident portal and it was a seamless process to get maintenance and pay rent. They are very communicative via email. Thank you Christina & Aileen for making my 14 month stay here so pleasant.

At 10:15 this morning I tried to make a delivery to one of the apartments. The attendant at the security booth seemed somewhat uncaring or distracted. I asked him if he knows what building is #5. and he said he didn't know And to have a good day or something like that I took to mean 'go away.' I just wanted to post this to the manager to see if they understand what kind of employees work for them. If this employee gets paid, he should at least know where the numbered buildings are. I was left wandering where to go in the complex. And he didn't even tell me I can't even go to an apartment without a code to get in.

Rent here is pretty overpriced but still a decent place if you can afford it.The ladies in the office are amazing.Christina and E are some of the best staff I seen here.Always smiling always helpful.They handle request fast and timely and communicate well.I can't thank them enough for making move in and move out a smooth easy process.The units are meh but they are a little older but still decent. Maintenance Keeps things pretty clean.Of course you'll have your p*** here and there and the guards are usually on there s*** when it comes to calling when a guest arrives.Overall I would def recommend living here

Great place to live quiet and roomy I moved here 10 months with no issues I had a few lights go out in my kitchen I called the office and made a appointment time and they fixed them the pools and gym are wonderful...

My review is for the great service I received when I was looking at moving to Loft 5. Leasing office picked up the phone and I was able to set up tour of the property and a floor plan the very next day. Eileen (apologies if the name is misspelled) answered all of my questions and showed me all of the amenities as well. Property was clean and quiet. Security guard was cordial and I had no issues getting through after I told her why I was visiting Loft 5.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!! THEY’RE SCAMMERS!! No one is ever in the office. You can call at any hour of their operating hours AND NO ONE ANSWERS! No one is ever in the office. What leasing office do you know is closed on the 1st of the month every month? The fire alarm is soooo loud like super super ear drum exploding loud. We gave 30 days notice once we were moving out. We called after we moved to make sure we didn’t have a balance and they said WE DIDNT OWE ANYTHING. They said our deposit covered everything and we were good. Fast forward 6-8 months later I have a collection on my credit from this apartment complex for $3,000!?!?? They are scammers. Please don’t move here save your self.

I would love to start off with I love my home. The inside of these spacious floorplans are to die for. The square footage, kitchen, views, bathtubs and open floorplan beats all other places in Vegas. I have lived here for 2 plus years and moved in right in the middle of the pandemic, the girls in the office helped me tremendously. The staff has always been pleasant with me and my family, they make sure to handle things at their best ability. I did see some challenging times with janitorial, security and HOA on the staffing side but they tried their best, the whole world was having challenging times. I feel safe here with my little ones and my neighbors are amazing, we get together and go down to the pool and even some of us moms go to the gym together. Everyone has their own opinion but mine is this place is amazing!!!! I just renewed my lease and will be here for another year. Thanks to all the staff for always trying their absolute best.

My work schedule can be hectic so love the fact that the gym and pool are accessible anytime. Love the views I have from my kitchen and living room. That's the best part. Thank you to the office staff for being patient and helpful when needed.
