Louis Vuitton, located near the Palazzo in Las Vegas, offers a unique shopping experience with a frequently changing window display. Customers have mixed feelings about the service. While one staff member, Kevin, is praised for his gentlemanly demeanor and extensive knowledge, another greeter has been described as sarcastic and arrogant, which negatively impacted the experience for some visitors. However, other shoppers have reported positive interactions, highlighting a sweet staff member who made purchasing a scarf smooth and easy. Overall, the store has both exceptional and less favorable service experiences, making it a place to visit with varied expectations.
Located up the escalators when you exit Palazzo in to restaurant row, or you can enter grand canal shops on the Venetian side and walk over. Window display is constantly changing.
