The salesperson Sotmo was very friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't pressure me and showed me how the pieces go together and did the Stealth demo for me.

I bought a $7000 couch from them. They sent it to the wrong address actually the wrong state! I have been trying to get in touch with them actually. they keep saying they’re gonna call me back and they never do. So now I am in a brand new home with no furniture and my couch is in another state, and I cannot get any help at all from their customer service so customer to be aware they take your money and they do not care about you anymore !

The salespeople were very nice and welcoming. She explained and demonstrated the product well. Very happy to have machine washable covers. We were a bit puzzled as to why we have to assemble a couch that costs 10k. Made us feel like idiots for buying it. There should be an option for assembly. IKEA has that option. You can do better.

First time at a Lovesac Showroom and I was very pleased! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. We purchased a Sactional with all of the add-ons. I was told 2 weeks for delivery and it’s actually going to be 1 weeks! We are very excited!

Great experience. I’m unable to place order online due to having a Hawaii billing address and the Summerlin store where we originally saw the pieces in person, was always such a help. They placed both of our orders - our initial a few years ago and the additions we needed recently. Will continue to call them for everything.

Great (if overpriced) products. We've bought Sacs from them back in the 2010's, and recently we purchased a large Sactional. Back in the 2010's it was bad -- it took months to receive covers that were supposed to take weeks. But we tried again in the 2020's. Customer service is still abysmal. 3 weeks out (after being guaranteed 2-week delivery) we are still missing large pieces of our sofa set. Call the store? Nobody seems to care. Call corporate? Wait on hold. Then hung up on. Spend your $9,000 on an actual piece of furniture, not a bunch of pieces shipped from random drop-shop warehouses.

The items came within a week from purchasing when it was estimated 3 weeks for delivery. The instructions were simple and the Sactional looks great in my home!!! I’m proud to be part of the LOVESAC Community!!!

I love these couches and accessories but the staff in Vegas at the Summerlin store was very disappointing. Young, Not friendly, and less than familiar with the product. Went in with my husband to show him the product and purchase a set for a new house we’re building. My husband joked around with the young salesperson, but couldn’t even get a simple smile out of her. I asked for their more expensive fabrics and the young girl just looked at me and said “they’re all the same quality” so I asked about the different price options and got an attitude when she replied “you can easily see them in the color samples for yourself”. My husband and I looked at each other and instantly, yet silently, decided we would NOT be purchasing from this young woman with an attitude beyond her years. Too bad, her commission would have been very nice for the holidays. We’ll purchase elsewhere!

We loved the concept of Sactionals, and seeing it all in person you can tell a lot of thought has gone into this product to make it a Buy it For Life (BIFL) furniture option. With that said, our sales rep Lauren was phenomenal. While we had many questions that were answered courteously by any staff member we met, Lauren couldn't have done a better job with guiding us into being life long customers. Lauren listened to me and helped me make the right purchases for my family's immediate needs, while setting me up with the knowledge I need to be a lifelong customer. The experience leading up to our purchase could not have been better. It is now up to the product to meet our needs.

We purchased the 2nd largest lovesac years ago and it has held up well and overall I'm happy with it. When we were in need of a new couch about 9 months ago we decided to go with a lovesac couch. We choose a 6 seat/ 8 side configuration with accessories and upgraded cushions. While I love the different seating options and layouts that we're able to do, the couch is not that comfortable. The cushions sag and slide and honestly for the price (about $10k) is the worst furniture I've purchased. So disappointing for the price I would of hoped it was at minimum super comfy.
