OK, difficult to find any staff for assistance. lowes advertised hiring so I lay $100 on the line to prove them wrong. I will apply for their job that they advertised BUT I know they will NOT hire me. Guess they are NOT hiring unlike what they advertised. I try going to their confusing website but no job in NV on their site. Ok, they have two different websites, one has jobs, the other no job..... strange?! Stranger still is the apply button is grey out. Can't click it. That means I won and keeping my $100.
If I can give negative star I would. 3 guys in tools dpt. Ate talkinglike it is break time, and giving me wrong directions.

I have spent several thousand dollars recently at lowes to renovate my house. I came to make a return with a receipt (only totaling approx $30). I was told I could not return it because it was over 90 days, not even for store credit. This is outrageous! It takes longer than 90days to renovate and i had a receipt! Store credit should at least be issued.

This is the worst Lowe’s I’ve seen.
I had a store pick up order which I was told is ready, came to pick up and it wasn’t ready, came the next day it wasn’t ready, came again and was told it was picked up, but we didn’t pick it up.
Tried to speak to a manger and they just put me on long holds and I couldn’t reach anyone.
Had to call Lowe’s and complain about the store

There was a huge dumpster in the garden section full of poinsettia that were alive and well. I asked if I could have one since since were just being thrown away and I was told no. Waste is a horrible thing, and I do not at all appreciate Lowe's tossing perfectly good plants, the paper/plastic they're inside, etc., in the garbage.

Always harassing me at the cash register like I’m stealing. They have even grabbed my bag from my hands to double check it. I pay for all my stuff. If you guys have a theft problem then close the store DONT harass your actual PAYING customers. Never shopping here again!

3 help button calls unanswered, asked the front desk to send help and still nobody after 20min. So unhelpful and this was the 3rd similar situation in the same store
