My boss bought some door knobs you didn't realize he purchased the wrong ones so I took the door knobs into Exchange an employee named Otis claim to be a manager said there is no exchange policy for Lowe's it was very rude very unprofessional like I would not recommend this store to anyone

Went in to buy a dishwasher and was “ helped” by Chris p. All really nice and helpful during the sale. We go over the pricing for the dishwasher, install charges and if I want the company to dispose of the old dw 50. After I get the bill there are 2 charges for some items not included didn’t bother to tell about that though. Ok so a week goes by no phone call. I go back to Mr nice guy Chris and he immediately gets an attitude with me. Like how dare I ask a question. I think to myself hey wait I’m the customer why are to getting all huffy with me??? Anyways it ends up telling me I’m rude as I am leaving the store. I have purchased a lot over the years there and never been treated so badly. Do better Mr Chris P.

Customer service desk the lady looked at me right in the face said be right there for a propane tank for a barbecue 40 minutes later I got somebody else

This store is horrible! If you have to shop here ask for Sal he’s a great guy very knowledgeable and will help you find whatever you need. I have made numerous complaints about the lousy customer service here and it always falls on deaf ears! Same old story “young people just don’t want to work…..” then fire their ass and get some people that want to work, quit being afraid they are going to sue you ! You are driving customers away and you could care less, gladly taking my business elsewhere 😡

Staff working in the aisles are very friendly but don't dare buy any heavy things like 100 lb bags of sand you will be left loading them yourself. I was told we can't help lift the bags. If you can't help the customers lift the bags then why sell the product? The job ends at the end of your truck apparently.

Lowe's is a great store. I especially like it because it supports our veterans. However, to get assistance inside of the store can sometimes be difficult. It does not matter of the location, perhaps, maybe it's because of lack of people willing to work these days.

Stay away...Was going to buy a grill, but after I opened a Lowe's card they told me the price was different and wouldn't honor the price. Awful business and company. Go to Home Depot or elsewhere if you want to be taken care of correctly
EDIT- I DID CALL THE NUMBER YOU GAVE. Thank you for the giant waste of time. You go through a complaint process and your policy is to not follow up with the individual. That is what I was just literally told. What a joke

Don't buy your stuff on lowes.. I tried couple times tried to return my tools because I paid for warranty .. every time selling I can't return to the store I have to call the customer service.. we no doesn't work for contractors .... home depot and harbor freight tools is the best ..

Use this location for work related items after work has started at 9 and before they close at 10pm. There selections are down a bit but the employees are always helpful even though I'm hitting there right before they close.

Poor customer service I do not understand why they even have a pro Lowes. They have no respect for the trades workers that come here and spend their money. I was told that they can’t do a phone sale after 4 PM after walking around the store for an hour getting two carts full of material for the job to get to the counter and find out that it was the time, really heartbreaking for someone on the clock Trying to get a job done and make it home to his family
