I would in for a replacement freezer light bulb. Asked one person where they were he directed me to light bulbs. They were not there I went over to appliances and asked another person he redirected me to light bulbs once more and said he would page someone. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up I finally went to the front and asked a cashier for her two page someone which she did. But Patty was getting off her shift and would not be able to help me. Patty was completely indifferent to actually helping me. And was very rude about it She was more than happy to pass me on to someone else at that point I just chose to leave and order it online but not from the Lowe's website

Horrible experience with customer service. They refuse to exchange will only do refunds that take 5-7 days. The product i got didnt have a cord!! How can you use it without power for a garbage disposal. Will not be returning.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lowe's regarding the installation of my new dryer. During the setup, the Lowe's team overtightened a fitting and broke it, causing a gas leak. They did not fix the problem before leaving.
When I called Lowe's to report the gas smell coming from the dryer, they informed me that since it was past 30 days from delivery, it was no longer their problem. This lack of responsibility and customer service is unacceptable, especially given the safety risk involved. Dryer was ordered on 6/21/24, delivered on 6/22/24 (but not installed yet due to renovations being done in the house), installed on 7/9/24. Call was placed to Lowe’s on 7/29/24 about the smell of gas being present in the laundry room and hall.
Fortunately, Southwest Gas came out promptly on Sunday, 8/4, and fixed the issue within an hour. They confirmed that the fitting had indeed been broken by Lowe's installation team.
One other thing is that the person who installed it got blue marking on top of the Washer and it will not come up. Disappointing when you spend just shy of $3,000 with them.
I am extremely disappointed with Lowe's handling of this situation and their refusal to address a serious issue caused by their own negligence. I will not be using Lowe’s or their installation services again and would caution others to be wary of their service quality.

If you need help finding things at this location, do not ask any of the employees because they don’t know where things are located. They will give you directions in the opposite direction that they are going so that they don’t have to assist you. Great customer service you guys should be ashamed of yourself.
