They seem to not have what I am looking for a lot of the time. I was unable to find a smaller sized, dimmable light bulb for a nightlight lamp and was not able to find a shower door rubber sweep. These shower door sweeps are in a lot of these cookie cutter homes, so it is surprising they don't carry them. Also, why, when looking around, must I be bothered by someone trying to sell me solar panels? Online shopping seems like the only other way.

I bought a refrigerator from this location and had to bring it home myself because they will not deliver clearance appliances. The fridge turned out to be defective and would not cool. This is not why they earned their one star review.
Their manager Elgin earned their one star. I went into the store to find out my options because now I have broken fridge in my house and wanted to know what options I had and what Lowes can do to help get it back to the store. When I spoke to Elgin about my options he was not even wearing the Lowes vest or name tag. He was extremely rude and uncaring. He walked away from me while I was midsentence and when I asked for his name he yelled his name down the aisle in a rude and aggressive manner. Leaving me with a heavy broken fridge and trying to figure out how to get it in the back of a pickup truck by myself.
There are many other options ranging from Home Depot or other Lowes and I will be using those instead. I suggest you do the same.
(Edited because I realized my computer did not upload the entire review and if management is kind enough to respond my review, they deserve a better explanation of what happened.)

The 2 associates we had was very helpful & polite. The store only had 3 mobile scooters I'm disable so that wasn't good for me. Would have like to shop more but I couldn't walk the store. I never saw any in use in the store!

Don’t ever place online orders with them.
I’ve been a Pro for 7 years, I was giving them my preference because it seemed like they had a better customer service than Home Depot, but it’s exactly the opposite.
I made an online order for 70 boxes of flooring and 17 rolls of underlayment and I paid online with a debit card.
I get to the store and nobody has a clue of what’s going on. After waiting 2 hours an employee calls the assistant manager, Dave, which was even more clueless of how to handle the situation.
It turns out that the corporate put my (pre-paid) order under review so that at the store they weren’t able to prepare the materials.
After 4.5 hours the order was still not ready.
I’ll definitely look for other flooring supplier and for sure I’m not ordering anything online anymore.
Obviously they could use way more trainings on the customer service!!!

They have really tanked the return policy. They can see it’s from their store. I have everything in original packaging. They will not accept returns without a receipt. I even have a my Lowe’s with my Military discount. Doesn’t show there either. No options but to eat the parts that didn’t work. DYI takes a lot of pieces and parts to try and make things work. Home Depot understands this. I guess it’s time to quit coming here. They have ruined the ability or even desire to shop here without fear of not being able to return what wasn’t used.

Lowes service was accommodating. Took longer than we were told to get flooring. Had to hire a different contractor because they wouldn't do what Lowes said was fine to do.

My experience with purchasing Kraftmaid cabinets at Lowe's has been beyond HORRIBLE!!! From Javier in store to the company that does their installs and Lowe's very own customer service team (that is somewhere back east). Javier is very helpful when trying to sell you cabinets. His helpfulness ends after you pay. I now have cabinets installed with dings, doors, and drawers that can't function (due to Javier's design being wrong or the installers installed wrong. They both blame each other), a blower that was installed wrong, uneven cabinet, glue coming out of corner, a refrigerator that doesn't fit in the build out they made, a seam in my trim/crown molding, holes through the inside of my cabinets, multiple washer installed on screws b/c they installed screws that were too long. The list truly goes on. My cabinets were installed 7/12. I'm still waiting for a store manager to call me. I've been promised this call for weeks!!! I've finally reached my limit with all the lies, passing the blame and broken promises. Do yourself a favor and use a local cabinet shop or Home Depot.

Every single time we come to this Lowe’s, almost every worker has a bad attitude or ignores us when we ask for help. A worker got up in my husband’s face with an attitude when we asked why a price was different and he said “ What you don’t believe me? You wanna go bro? ” and we bought a new patio door and asked these 2 ladies if they can ask someone to help my husband lift the door into the truck and they just looked at us and said uhhh no and laughed and walked away. Extremely disappointed. Hire people who actually care.

Careful. Drivers at this parking lot, particularly near the stores on the corner, frequently fail to respect the huge STOP markers painted on the asphalt.
