I want to share an experience today from this Lowes location where we have purchased many times over the years. I was going to buy some 2x6 boards and needed some cuts done which they have done before. I was told by an employee they don't do cuts anymore, so I asked him to check with the Mgr. who also said no. I left and was going to spend a few hundred dollars today. I went a couple of miles down the road to Home Depot and they were happy to help. I am a Senior and Veteran and could not get help at Lowes. Very disappointing!!!!

Was in there Sunday morning to buy some block for a project I had. Asked the fork lift operator if he could help us load 31 block and he said sure let me get a spotter. We waited 15 minutes before we walked inside and noticed the guy was just on his phone. As we’re loading our product out, he has the audacity to say something behind his breathe towards because we told him “ really busy on your phone huh?” Terrible customer service DO NOT buy product from here. Workers are lazy and DO NOT care about you! This is the new Lowe’s Standard !

I won't shop at Lowe's until they stop with the aggressive solar panel sales the minute you walk in the store. I was in the ceiling fan department. Does anyone care if I needed help with the ceiling fans? Nope!

I wish I could give the service a ZERO!! Do NOT buy appliances from this store. They do not make sure the product works. Bought a brand new washer that doesn’t work and was told I had to purchase a new one! Worst service. They will pick it up then refund and then we have to purchase a new one on a broken appliance. Do better Lowe’s this is bad service. Your managers are NO help at all.

It is conveniently located next to a Walmart. It has a huge parking lot and friendly staffs. I think Kobalt tools are higher quality than Husky tools.

This place is cleaner than home depot with April prices. Ask for military discount 10%, it's a little bit hard to get you have to have registered on your credit card. Staff are very helpful. Will use again

John in the paint section was knowledgeable and very helpful ?.
There was an issue at check out with military discount but the customer service staff were very polite and helpful in resolving it ?
