Lowe's Summerlin #1836 will not stand behind their product! I have been trying to resolve an on-going issue with a Larsen's $600. screen door for six months. The door has been replaced twice. JAMEEL, store director continues to give you a run around, unprofessional & useless!! If she worked for my company, I would show her the door!! The door dept could care less, also...(Gordon Clack) Noone will answer the phone most of the time. Filing claim with BBB. Review added to Yelp and Neighborhood app. Boyott this store!

Was shopping for ceiling fans today and I was approached not once but twice by Lowe's employees trying to sell solar energy panels. I told the first guy immediately "no thank you" and he continued with the hard sell until I yelled at him for ignoring what I said.
The second guy came about 5 minutes later. The sad part was that I actually needed assistance from an employee and nobody asked me if I needed help.
Finally, I had to flag down a girl to help me. It's ok them to trying to sell solar products but wandering around the store approaching customers that aren't there for solar is beyond annoying.
Lowe's didn't have the fans in stock and I had to drive to another store where I was again hassled by employees trying to sell solar.
I ended up going to Home Depot and had a nice peaceful visit and no solar salespeople in sight. Lowe's if you don't stop the aggressive sales tactics I won't be shopping at your stores any longer.

I needed a dishwasher and the store associate was extremely helpful. Lowe's installation services are cheaper than Home Depot and significantly cheaper than having my own plumber do the installation. However, the company that Lowe's contracts with for installation works with multiple large appliance stores, including Best Buy and Costco, and in my experience they don't manage the services efficiently. When this company failed to contact me to schedule installation, Lowe's customer service tried to help me, but they are simply not able to do much at that point. When I couldn't get a call through to the company and the Lowe's customer service agent couldn't get a call through to the company, the most she could do was send an email and promise to check back in a week to see if I ever heard anything. I decided to sit on hold for the day to try to get through that company's line, and when I finally did get someone, they couldn't do anything because it all depended on their own subcontractors, who they couldn't contact. Fortunately, I was able to get a number for those people and finally scheduled an installation by myself much farther out than Lowe's anticipated at time of purchase. If I had waited for the contracted company to call me, as promised, I am confident I would be waiting at least another week beyond that. In the future, when I need appliance installation I'm going to skip the hassle and find a place that handles installation in house.
Oh, and you only get 3 days after purchase to cancel, so by the time you realize the installation company isn't doing so hot on their end of the deal, it is too late to get your money back and find something faster.

I’ve been shopping here for years and have purchased numerous appliances from this location without any issues.
In recent years, Lowe’s has started allowing salespeople to set up in the store, promoting solar panels, air conditioners, and other products.
Just yesterday, I was in the store for only a few minutes and encountered two of them in one aisle. One man approached me, seemingly selling air conditioners. After he asked if I was interested in saving money on power, I told him I don’t own a home.
His response was, “Oh, you haven’t purchased a home yet?”
None of his business .
I found his remark rude. While I’ve been asked before if I own a home, the way he said it this time was unacceptable.
Lowe’s …if you really have to have the sales people in your stores maybe have them ask us if we’re a homeowner or a renter first?
Not if we want to just save money on power?
I can’t replace an air conditioner or place solar on a home that’s a rental.

This store is displaying items for sale prices and then refusing to give the sale price stating that the item was incorrectly priced… really bad customer service/support!

The only great experience about this purchase and review was the employee who helped us design the kitchen. But if you want cabinets that come to you imperfect then this is the place for you. They give you touchup pens i guess for a reason. Most cabinets will have dings and dents in them. Funny someone posted a review was similar to how I felt. I was a few months out from being due with a little, sure I knew it was going to take a while. But, make sure you measure everything yourself and check all of the measurements even after their team measures.
We had someone come to install the cabinets that their team measured for and they forgot to measure the window so we had an incorrect size cabinet. Soooo then we had tons of boxes in our house and our private installer could not install all of our cabinets that day. And, we had to wait quite a few weeks for one cabinet. LOL anddd they didn’t have another cabinet that would fit and wanted to charge me 3 times the price of the original one because they could only do a custom cabinet. So let’s say this… we had no kitchen to use for a few months. What a disaster this all was.
I was so stressed the whole time and so was my partner because we had a little one coming.
And our countertop that was installed was not installed evenly. I was home when they did it but I didn’t notice until my boyfriend came home and was like that is off and higher on one side. - they should have made a wedge in between so it was even with the other side. If you want to spend a lot of money for an imperfect kitchen then here’s your stop. It’s been quite a few months since we’ve had them done but it still bothers me all the stress we went through.
If we didn’t have a little one coming i so would have returned everything. I had no more months left to wait.
I dont like leaving reviews but just be aware.
Oh yeah and we had to use our bathroom sink to wash dishes for a few weeks too.

Merchandise. I just feel like there a bit overpriced with a lot of their items.

Everyone at the customer service desk was so kind and patient with me. I had several items to return with no receipt but the young men Abe and Jaemin reassured me that there are other ways to look up my receipt. They were able to look up my card to track the purchase! Great customer service and a friendly face is hard to come across nowadays and lowes is a breath of fresh air.

Poor customer service in the paint department this morning.. The black female wearing a gray shirt needs a hug, a cup of coffee or something. Please check up on her, she seems to be having a bad day. Very poor attitude..

I’ve been going here for the past few months and may I say jaemin at customer service is amazing he has always greeted me when I come in and he is always so helpful he helped me everytime I’ve came in here that man deserves a raise or some type of award Lowe’s!!
