Its Lowes for goodness gracious sakes, it should HAVE concrete!!!!!! Then, when I went to pay for wood INSTEAD of concreteđ, they said I didn't have enough money!!! What the heck?!? WHat do you mean I don't have enough money?!?!?!? $52.39 is enough to build a mansion!!

Typically, Lowe's provides outstanding 5 STAR service, but the Whirlpool top loading washer only lasted 18 months before it started coming on by itself. NOTE: The washer is used for one person, so its practically new. Moreover, I am fortunate, I was home because it could be a safety/fire hazard. I've owned countless Whirlpool products and never had a problem until now. Certainly, the new electronic innovations aren't proving reliable. Warranties were once never a consideration for Whirlpool products, but a lil research strongly suggests Lowes ought to simply include the warranty in the sales price, for unreliable products rather than surcharge it via a separate contract...or don't offer customers customers products known to break down.

I had a really odd encounter in the paint department on Sunday 3/2/25 around 9am. I was having trouble finding a 5 gallon paint spout. There was only one guy in the area. When asked him to help me, he became visibily enraged and frustrated with my question. This happened before when doing an in-store pickup. Maybe it's a managerial problem. I truly don't understand being upset with people needing assistance. I'm glad I bought the paint for my project at HD. They just happened to be missing 11 paint spouts in their inventory. Lesson learned.

Stopped in to grab a few items, CLR, Spray Paint, Lysol disinfect, etc. Nice clean store, some good sales FYI!!! Then, at the checkout (self check only). The Register was having a human breakdown, even the help cashier had issues, SMH, finally got it done!!! Njoy FolkZ #pcvi3wz đ

You have to practically beg somebody to get help in a certain department because theyâre understaffed and then when you get somebody to help you, they know nothing of what that certain department entitles. With Home Depot two blocks away avoid this place.

I recently made a purchase in this store and when checking out they asked if I'd like to open a credit account. I told them only if it was business and not personal. I didn't want inquiries on my personal credit because each inquiry slightly lowers your score. I gave them all the company info for the biz app. The app told me I had to enter the last 4 of my social to process the app and confirm my identity. As soon as I did this and hit next, I got the text from Experian and Chase that my personal credit had been pulled.
Nobody at this store including the GM had any knowledge of their credit app or credit products. They ask you if you want business credit but then deceptively tie or flat out transition to your personal credit. I thought by just entering the last four of my social that this would keep it business and not personal, especially because I had given them so much business info like EIN, biz address, etc.
When I realized they had just pulled personal credit, I asked for a manager. One of the assistant GM's arrived and just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know anything about any of their credit apps or policies, he also clearly didn't care. I then asked for the GM. The GM (Leo) arrived and we spoke and he told me he would look into how personal credit was pulled on a business app. Leo told me that I would here back from him that same day without fail. It's been almost a week and I still haven't heard from him.
Although they approved me for the account, I will never use a Lowes again. The entire staff and management was uneducated on the credit app and process. I strongly suggest you consider a Home Depot vs this Lowes or any other. Extremely frustrating!!!!

It's Lowes, they have just about anything you need to fix your house. At least their prices haven't gone up as much as food.

So I went in today to grab a few things. Worked with Gavin and Krista. They were awesome. Great service. When I was ready to check out, I went to the card only check out. The employee was fast to help me but then he quickly went to the keypad and entered his own phone number. I was confused as he didn't even let me enter my own ph#. I then realized that whatever reward points may be coming to me might not go thru. As I continued to pay, the option for my receipt came up. When I chose "email", the employee's email popped up. Had I not been paying attention, I would not have a receipt if I needed to return something. Furthermore, who is getting those reward points for my transaction. I did speak with a manager about the situation which he said he would be addressing with him. I have no idea how many customers he did this to. But with most stores doing a reward point system to get free stuff or credit towards a future purchase...that is stealing. Plain and simple.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a customer service representative named Patricia at this store. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. It's unfortunate that someone with such a negative attitude is in a customer-facing role. However, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff I've encountered at Lowe's has been incredibly helpful and friendly. If she doesnât change her attitude Iâll personally make a complain to corporate/manager.

Worse place to have a pro account. Every single time I go to a Loweâs pro desk Iâm redirected to a normal register when there are at least two people behind the pro desk counter. This is a very common problem at every location and not just any specific store. Iâm now having to drive out of my way to shop at a more professional supply House to receive adequate service. Highly recommend to use any other supply house to hold a âpro accountâ with. Youâre better off giving your employees money or reimburse them after making purchases at a regular checkout. Terrible experience every time I shop at Loweâs. Entire company needs serious restructuring.

Good store, could be a few more people to help find stuff, but overall okay
