Every time (and when I say every time, I mean literally every time) I’ve asked a question Lowe’s has let me down because their employees are not knowledgeable on their sections, and half the time seem annoyed when I take them up on their offer to help me. Most recently I was told I had to just figure it out. Each time that has happened I’ve gone right over to Home Depot, asked the same exact question, and they’ve understood and helped me right away. I’ve now learned to just skip Lowe’s and go straight to Home Depot—the time I waste at Lowe’s is much larger than the extra time it takes to drive to Home Depot.

Adrian was a HUGE help in helping my husband and I fit a grill in our SUV. Very helpful and went above and beyond to help us problem solve when it didn’t fit right away.

Im not a fan. Not very helpful and they seem to be not as well trained at the register. They make mistakes that cost you money.

Needed to get keys made and stood at the key station for 10 minutes while no one came and multiple workers walked by me and said nothing. Also the call buttons don’t work so you can’t even get anyone to come and help you. This is not the first time this has been an issue either. At least the last 3 visits we’ve been ignored. The staff is more interested in buying their own snacks and food than doing their jobs. We won’t be back

My quick go-to local home improvement store. Very convenient for those jobs around the house. Oscar in the plumbing department was very helpful today. 😀

Don't even think about buying any appliances there. I bought a stove that had an issue with a very loud whistle noise lasting about 2 hours after it was turned off and a dishwasher that was missing clips to keep the shelves in place. My last review was deleted somehow so I guess I will keep coming back to let people know. Literally had to call all day and was told a supervisor would call back in an hour but I never got a return call from the customer support number.

Well, I have a mixed experience at Lowe’s today, but all I wanna talk about is this one guy who, according to my cashier is a former employee who was hanging Around the store, literally all around the store because every time I needed help he was talking to the person I needed help from and not like talking about product. He was chitchatting with them talking about video games and other nonsense related to Lowe’s and he thought it was funny when I made a comment to him that he was preventing the people from working yes but we’re having fun. Do I look like I care if they’re having fun? No, I wanted to get in and out of Lowe’s quickly, but know this one guy just talking to everybody so that’s my report.
