Lived in the area for over 5-years and frequent this gas station every week. Two weeks ago we purchased a $19 car wash and forgot to use it due to being sick and not leaving the house. I went into the store about 10-minutes ago to have them reissue the code, since it’s only been a few days. The women refused to help, so I asked who I could speak to, Dani said she was the manager and there was no one above her except the store owner. I asked for contact info, she said she couldn’t give it out and had another worker give me the store phone number; I could have looked that up myself, but what good does that do me when she says she’s the end-all-be-all? She was very condescending saying, “That’s what the date is for.” I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company and NEVER purchasing another car wash here.

Update: the owner and car wash manager are now glass experts. I took time off work to come in to discuss the broken windshield and was told they have reviewed the video footage and the glass appears to be defected from the manufacturers when they installed the windshield and that I should take the car back to the dealership. Perhaps it is the managers PHD in automotive glass but clearly Management is unwilling to take accountability, lost a customer here.
Car wash broke the windshield of my new car.
I use this car wash all the time, today one of the employees using a brush to premade the windshield accidentally (although careless) hit the windshield with the hard plastic of the broom and not the bridles resulting in a crack of my windshield all the way up the windshield.
Hoping the owners pay for the carelessness.

Lucky Spot Chevron knowingly promotes slander and defamation. They post photos of long time customers who ran into an acquaintance in the parking lot before that acquaintance stole merchandise from the store. The indiscriminately have posted photos, falsely accusing the innocent bystanders of participation in criminal activities.Despite being asked to take down the photos due to it being slanderous, the manager Dani Gonzales has refused to take down the photos.It should be noted that they have a photo of the shoplifter with the stolen merchandise in his hands--THAT is the individual who committed the offense. The pictures of the innocent customers have remained displayed in full view of all customers entering the establishment.The posting of the pictures is slander and defamation. There are no charges filed and the store has refused to allow review of the security camera footage to show evidence of all parties participation in the theft.If you are willing to risk your REPUTATION and your safety, this is your kind of business. If you do not want to be slandered and defamed, do your business across the street.

Unfortunately due to individuals like this, I won’t be back to get my car cleaned. I have been coming here for years and this person just verbally insulted me for no reason. Who ever hired this thing should remove it from its business. I am sure he speaks to other customer like this. Can someone please give this man a day off because he needs it

Paid for a car wash while getting gas. Car wash is not working. Refused a refund. I don't live in that area so returning and checking back is not an option.

I used to really like this place because of the great service at the car wash. That all changed though, I went through the car wash and I didn't know I was supposed to keep the receipt on the dash the whole time. One of the guys that was wiping down the car at the end starting yelling at me f**k you while knocking on my window and giving me the middle finger. I was confused and thought maybe he was on something. He said I was disrespecting him because I didn't have the receipt on the dash, even though I didn't say a word to him. Please inform your employees on how to treat people. This is just common sense I've been coming here for a long time and had no trouble before. I was very disappointed this time.

Danny, who is a female worker at this gas station treated me with the worst customer service and terrible attitude. A key is needed to open the restrooms, when trying to unlock it, I did not read the “employees restroom” sign and she opened the door and very rudely told me to go to the other restroom and read the sign. I told her it was a mistake and she had no right to speak to me that way. She continued to yell at me with so much attitude then went to the cashier with her coworkers, she spoke in Spanish and called me a slur, but I speak Spanish and understood what she had said and brought the situation up to her. She insisted that I leave if I had a problem with it. No apology and childish immature behavior. Someone like this should not be working in customer service.
