I had a great experience at this Lululemon thanks to Anthony, the store manager. He was kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which made my visit really enjoyable! You can tell this location is in good hands with him there.

Joseph is rude and unprofessional. I was wearing a pants (which I just bought) that I wanted to be hemmed. A lady was helping me but Joseph pulled her out and said “ There’s only a few staffs working right now, If you have patience, you can wait, if not just come back tomorrow.” and he goes on by saying “Next time have it ready”.

I really love the quality of the gym pants at Lululemon, and I always enjoy shopping at this store in particular. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and I want to give a special mention to Yafet, who always goes out of her way to assist and make the experience even better.

Me and my grandma were looking at shirts, out of nowhere an employee scream across the floor “THEY ARE CROP TOPS, They are crop tops.” I know its evident we don’t wear crop tops, but it was evident you did not want to keep folding clothes either. I don’t blame him, to be over 50 and hate your job, must not be fun.

Insufferable employees! Hopefully Joseph & the other 2 employees know that chasing your guests around the store asking them what they’re looking to buy every few minutes is not the way to drive sales! Maybe this is why stock is so down 🤔

I recently discovered Lululemon is a racist company that purposely chose a name with so many L’s because Asians cannot pronounce them. There is a article that you can find to back this, as well as them saying they don’t want a certain type of “customer” coming into their stores. I stand firm on personal beliefs that no one is better than anyone & because of this I decided to return all of my items. I went into this location because it’s where I purchased them, all the items still had the tags intact, I had the card I used to purchase as well as a picture of my receipt because I upload my receipts to the Fetch app but I didn’t have a physical copy, just the photo but it clearly matched the items and my card. The girl at the register apologized and offered me a store giftcard but I declined so she called over a man named JOSEPH GRIEGO who said he was the highest level manager. Come to find out, he’s the assistant manager, liar. He wouldn’t accept my proof of purchase, I felt as though he was profiling me. I work in retail myself and because of this, I know exactly what’s needed to process a refund and or exchange. He was the RUDEST most non helpful, non understanding man I think I’ve ever dealt with in retail. He did not care about how this made me or my family feel, he clearly enjoyed being exactly what the company represents, an arrogant entitled RACIST uppity person. I have filed a formal compliant. I was able to process my refund over the phone thanks to their hotline and rep named Alexia. Stay away from this store!!

I had an online order that I was told to return in store because it was the wrong size. Still had all the tags and unworn but the manager Alyssa said she would not return it because it had an “aroma” which she described as “it doesn’t smell like it came from our store”. Clearly she picks and chooses who she wants to help and this is not a part of the return policy because I returned it at another Lululemon location with no issues.

Well what you know one of the worst things you can do is keep dropping money on the ground when you're at a casino. To solve this problem one of my closest friends ,( and family member) recommended that I shop for a man bag AKA fanny pack Murse. I found just the thing at Lululemon. The problem was they didn't have a black emblem on Black they only had Chrome or silver embkem on black. Not to worry they allowed me to custom order it and could deliver within 2 days without any shipping charge. It was delivered as promised the best part was it fits both my phone my wallet and my Kindle reader and keys. No more money falling on the ground and I can be hands-free walking around. Mission accomplished!!!!
By the way that man bag is one of my new favorite accessories. It's great when traveling through the airport, biking, hiking and, shopping. With proper licensing, it might make a good 2nd Amendment C&C bag too.... just saying...

I really cannot say enough good things about my shopping experience at this particular Lululemon location. I had the best help I’ve ever had the one blonde girl that helped me pick up my order and then helped me find some thing instead because I didn’t actually end up liking what I had purchased was such a delight, I wish I knew her name, she was so kind, and I really appreciated it. I also really loved the girl that helped me in the fitting room, I needed some feedback with how something fit me and she was just so nice and so helpful and I really will only shop at this Lululemon when I am in Las Vegas. It is very clear to me that the store has a good culture and good management
