I don't buy lush products anymore since the last time I went into the store. The new employee trainee made me feel uncomfortable the 2nd time I returned.

This is my go-to if I ever get a tub in my hotel room in Vegas. Today, Ozzy and Sara were extremely helpful assisting me with selecting multiple bath bombs and bubbles. Ozzy went above and beyond and helped label all my purchases so we knew which is which, something I really appreciated. All the scents were fantasic. Thank you for your help, and I will be coming back here whenever I’m in town.

I was in Vegas shopping and we went into Lush and I will say, I am not a lifetime customer. I already try to purchase natural products but this whole store is just what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was AMAZING and I wish I could remember her name. She recommended soooo many products to me. I was nervous because my 4 year old daughter has very sensitive skin and cannot use box store bath bombs. She let me know her 3 daughters love them and what other bath products they have used and loved. I bought them hesitantly and they did not disappoint. My daughter loves Lush products and so do I. I have switched many products already and plan on switching 85% of my products to Lush brand. My only recommendation is to find an alternative other than dyes because I’m one of those weird moms.

Okay, we all know LUSH is everything but let me tell you about this location...Sammiey and Ozzy are everything!!!! They amplify your shopping experience by providing good vibes and great recommendations! If you have been on the fence about buying something from Lush, this location and their customer service will push you right over to the register. If you're having a bad day, come here! If you're having the best day, come here! Come and be SPOILED at this location!!!

Moved from the Caesars Palace to these new MM shops. The ladies in here were a vibe, so helpful in finding the right combo for the evening. I'd suggest the avocado bubble bath bar with the magnesium bath bomb combo🫠 but I left with several other bath bombs too.

Stepping into the Lush store in the Miracle Mile Shops was a delightful sensory experience! The vibrant colors and intoxicating scents instantly lifted my mood. I was particularly impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. A young lady, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through their extensive bath bomb collection. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me select the perfect one. It's clear they have a wide variety of products, and their displays are beautifully arranged. While Lush products are definitely a splurge, I appreciate that their pricing reflects the quality and care that goes into them. They clearly take pride in their ingredients and the overall experience. The bath bomb I purchased worked exactly as advertised, creating a luxurious and relaxing bath. It was truly a treat! Yes, it's not the easiest on the wallet, but for a special occasion or a little self-care, the Lush experience is worth it. I'll definitely be back (when my budget allows!).

I’ve heard so much about LUSH from friends and I finally decided to check it out. Sara was friendly, helpful and informative! Wide selection without feeling overwhelming and everything smells heavenly 😌 will be back for more!
