Consultant gave me a product and it was not the same product I have been using for years, went back to exchange it and said I couldn’t because it had been used, which I used one time and realized it was not right. Ridiculous that if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they cannot return it. I have been to multiple makeup stores that if you don’t like your foundation, eye shadow, etc. you are able to return because sometimes you think you may like a product and it doesn’t work for your skin.
