What happened to this store!?! Looks like a yard sale. I went because I had a clerk at another Macy's call for a specific dress and size. Said it was in stock there. No one would help me look. Never found it. Only ONE dressing room on entire ladies floor. And also only two check out clerks at the Holiday season on the entire women's floor. Waited in line at one area where an employee was making purchases. Told to go to another. Drug my stuff across store and waited 15 minute. Told to be "patient" from Brittany. Great customer service. Pretty bad identify crisis goiNg on there. It's somewhere between a Kohl's and Penney store. Yeeks!! Not ever going back

Went into Macy's store yesterday. Place needs a lot of updates. Carpet was so bad, I wonder how old it is. Store was a mess. Lots of help on floor since this was first day of ad. Problem was only one register open on the floor. I wanted to just drop the clothes on the dirty floor and leave but my wife wanted to wait in line 15 minutes. Thank you amazon.com and Amazon prime so I can put Macy's on my list of stores NOT to shop. As I read online the number of retail stores closing I understand why. No customer service and stores that are old and not set up to entice people to shop. Meadows mall will be losing another anchor store but this was Macy's fault.
