I left all my makeup at home and Natalia helped me find the PERFECT shade for foundation and cover up I'm not that good at makeup and she put me on to an easy routine I can follow. Turns out forgetting all my makeup was a blessing I LOVE IT

I came to Vegas and went to the Mac store on March 15th, 2025 to get my makeup done because I was getting Married..I had the pleasure of having my makeup done by Amy and OMG when I say she is amazing she is..she made me look beautiful for my special day and I couldn't ask for a better experience. She gave suggestions , but the most important part is she listened to what I wanted and made me look stunning
.I got so many compliments on my makeup. AMY, the next time I'm in vegas I'm coming to see you.

I visited the MAC store at Miracle Mile and had a fantastic 5-star experience with artists Amy M. and Jose G. Both artists are incredibly talented and friendly! My sister-in-law and I had a great time getting our makeup done for a disco party we were attending that evening. I love dramatic makeup, and Amy created a stunning Smokey Green Eye look with plenty of glitter for me. My sister-in-law, who usually doesn’t wear makeup, opted for a beautiful halo eye look done by Jose. We truly loved our makeup looks and received tons of compliments! This store has a very welcoming atmosphere and provides exceptional customer service.

I wanted to leave a review for this shop after having a great experience here. I travelled to Las Vegas from the UK to elope and my luggage did not arrive! Though I luckily brought our wedding outfits in hand-luggage, I had no make-up at all for my wedding day. I wish I had the names of the girl who helped me on Jan 3rd, because she was amazing in helping me colour match my foundation perfectly, along with bronzer and blusher; and she even found me a lipstick and liner that matched my other red/burgundy accesories perfectly. Thanks again for the help! I was so pleased with my make-up for the day, and you all made me feel so much more calm about the day!

Nina saved my life! I went to a conference at vegas and was a panelist on stage for one of the events. As I was getting ready, I came to find out my MAC foundation was nowhere to be found. Headed to this MAC store and she quickly put a layer on me and saved the day! She did a phenomenal job and matched my skin color to the right foundation first try.

Jenny saved the day for me!!!! My makeup artist cancelled on me last minute the day of my wedding. My cousin and I entered the MAC store and explained my situation and Jenny got right to work on me. I don’t typically wear makeup and was completely overwhelmed but Jenny listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a natural yet beautiful beat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jenny you truly saved the day

Popped into Mac for foundation, but ended up finding something way better: Nina! ✨Not only did she flawlessly color match me and pick out amazing lip colors, but she even helped me score the perfect December birthday gift for any MAC lover (including myself ).But the best part? Nina's customer service was next-level. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect match and products. Seriously, ask for her next time you're in the store – you won't be disappointed

You know customer service is good when you find yourself thinking about it a few days later. I was served by a make up artist who was as lovely as they were professional. I came in early afternoon on 18/12/23 looking for a foundation, bronzer and eye palette and they advised me perfectly. Also learned about the charity work the company does through them (they spoke about it with heart!). Mac should be really proud having talented and personable staff like them as the face to their brand!
