Absolute best experience that I've had at a Mac store in 15 years! Noel is amazing! The store was extremely busy when I came in and not only did he very politely asked me if I was able to wait, when he was able to get to me he very politely thanked me for my patience repeatedly. Took the time to explain new products to me how to use them, And a couple pro tips to make them wear better. Great personality, really light and fun.Went in for An eyeliner brush, and left with a full face of products. Great team working in there.

I can’t say anything but AMAZING things. Noel is the best person ever. If you go here, ask for him or book with him. He gave me the EXACT look I wanted, was so helpful, funny and so kind. It’s rare to see EXCEPTIONAL customer service and Noel was BEYOND that. 100000/10

Had the BEST NYE experience I have ever had at this location. Every artist was extremely nice and knowledgeable, however, I would like to give a special shoutout to TYLER, TITA, MARCIE & NOEL for graciously SLAYING 6 faces back to back while still accommodating customers in the store. They made the few hours in the store enjoyable & worth it. Anytime I am in vegas, I will be back for sure.

Shout out to TYLER who did such an amazing job on my makeup for my birthday celebration! He knew exactly what to select to achieve a natural look and flawless finish, all while enhancing your God-given features. It wasn't cakey and the makeup application lasted for a very long time. He made the experience very pleasant with easy conversation and tutorial (which was helpful as I barely wear cosmetics). At the end of the process, he didn't pressure me to purchase any of the products. Thank you again Tyler, for helping me achieve the perfect aesthetics on my special day!

I enjoyed the genuine, sincere, knowledgeable and highly skilled service from Noel M. at Fashion Show Mall on Black Friday. Friendly, kind & patient. Can't say no to trying his suggestions or purchasing the makeup. I really loved how he was so attentive to me & my daughter.

Love this store!! The workers are so sweet! I prefer going to the mac store rather than the small kiosks at the small. The mac store has more variety itself than the kiosks! The workers will test the makeup on you to see what the item would look like if you're interested in purchasing :) Definitely gonna come here again cause i love mac ! I use the products for my make up routine!!
