I waited to post this review because I was mad. Really pissed off in here. The worst customer service and I hate to say it (I honestly almost never say it) might be because I'm a girl. I've been standing dead in front of the long, curly-haired guy at the front check-out and he's been looking in my direction at me staring at the basketball jerseys for over 5 minutes, at first I was checking out the gear but now I'm waiting to see how long before he acknowledges me, and he still hasn't. He's currently less than 5 feet away from me doing nothing but tapping a pen. Three young guys walked in and they got helped by the other long haired guy right away that also ignored me the whole time. Everything is overpriced, I can go to Footlocker or similar stores with any amount of customer service, the same or better gear and more walking space. Picked up a random hat and held it up facing the guys, towards the light. Nothing. The Iverson jersey was calling, but I had to leave for my California Pizza Kitchen reservation. I wish I could have stayed to find out how long it would take for one of them to acknowledge me. If I'm in the mall again, I'll come back to find out if they really suck here or they had an off day/ crew.

I walked in yesterday because I wanted to know if this carried any new Packers gear other than Rodgers and Favre. But I couldn't find any. But! I experienced the best customer service! Kiara and Neill or Nell (can't remember spelling his name correctly which I feel bad) helped me out a lot! They showed me what other deals and products they got! Great customer service from both of them, major props to them!

Went to the store this afternoon because of a sign that said Additional 40% off sale items. I grabbed a shirt from the sale rack and went to pay. First they tried telling me that I did not get the shirt from the sale rack , and I said go look for yourself there's a lot of these shirts. Then she pointed at the rack that was supposedly "clearance". There was no sign that said clearance and it had the same sign as the items I wanted to purchase. Then she said the 40% is off clearance rack not the sale items.. Instead of saying they weren't sure they kept saying stuff that made no sense - terrible service

I purchased a youth size white Golden State Warriors Stephen Curry jersey for my 10 year old son on January 20. After only the first wash, two of the letters started to peel off, so we went back to the store to return/exchange the Jersey this evening. The sales person (Marilou), who was actually the person that rung the sale when I purchased the jersey, was not very pleasant and begrudgingly processed the refund. Mind you that the receipt specifically states, "If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original sales receipt, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days from the purchase". My son, who is passionate about Curry and the Warriors, wanted a replacement Jersey. He found another Curry/Warrior Jersey in a different color and with different type of lettering. When we returned to the counter to purchase the Jersey, Marylou said with a bad attitude that I'd better inspect the Jersey carefully because she was not going process another exchange for me if I tried to return the jersey. I felt that this comment was really unnecessary and completely uncalled for. I told her that the only reason I returned the Jersey is because it was defective. She then called another sales person over to ring up the sale, as if she didn't want to be bothered. At this point, I said that I didn't want the jersey after all and that because of her bad attitude I would take my business elsewhere. As we were walking out of the store, my son asked, "Daddy, why was that lady so rude?". To which I replied, "she's not a very good business person, son".

I purchased two golden nights jerseys two weeks before Christmas as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately I'm not a really good shopper because the sizes I got were too small for my kids . So I brought them back after Christmas just to change for a larger size . Well they were sold out of both jerseys for the size I wanted so i I asked for a refund. That's when all hell broke loose. The girl behind the counter informed me that i would not be getting a credit for one of the jerseys because it was " damage material" when I asked where it was damaged she showed me a spot on the lower part of the jersey that had dust on it. As a picked the Jersey up and started wiping off the dust which was already on there when I bought the Jersey the girl gave me the dirtiest look and said to me in a very indignant manner that she still wasn't going to give me credit for the Jersey that's when I blew my lid and threatened to sue. At that point she knew I wasn't playing around and she gave me credit for the Jerseys . Its a shame to have a person like that working at lids locker room. If I was the manager of the store and saw this review I would fire that woman in a second.

The manager and staff at this location are completely unprofessional. They found it appropriate to mock customers in Tagalog, not realizing that I speak the language as well. When called out on their behavior the manger became aggressive. Customer service is clearly non-existent.

I went here 3 weeks prior to Christmas hoping to snag some last minute gifts. No such luck! I went on a bad day, the only employee on shift was sick with the flu. I had questions and needed help locating some items, I was hesitant to ask him as he sat there on his stool eating his soup. Anyhow, he announced that he was sick, thanks for confirming that you don't feel well and really don't want to be bothered. I walked out empty handed because the guy they had working had the flu. Not cool. I won't be back, EVER. There are way too many other Sports Memorabilia stores in town to spend my money at and who want it. I don't need to go to this store to catch the flu from a sick employee and be treated like I am bothering.

Las Vegas has the NFL spirit at Lids in the Fashion Mall. Football stadium in Vegas will bring trillions of dollars to the economy. I buy my shirts at Lids inside the Fashion Mall. Great customer care. Clean. Pizza across the way. Everybody at Lids is friendly. I buy my NFL shirts at Lids.

Terrible service. Don't waste your time or money here. Went in looking for a football shirt, they had a couple on clearance. The guy wouldn't give me the time of day and when I finally was able to ask if they had any others he said "football is over there is nothing left". That may have been the case but you don't have to be a jerk about it. I had planned to buy one of them that they did have but after that response I put it back and headed elsewhere. Head over to Dick's or to one of the many other sports stores in town. This place seems to have forgotten that they do have competition. This store doesn't deserve your business.

Niners!! Niners!! Niners!! Who's got it better than us? One things for sure, this Lids has a ton of Niner gear. I'm a Niners fan and since they've been winning, finding Niner stuff is getting harder and harder. At this Lids, you'll find a huge selection of Niner gear. My Issue...it's damn expensive and there isn't a huge selection of jerseys here. So, my review is quick...come here to shop for your favorite fan wear to see what it looks like in person then go online to buy it. Peace Out!! PS: I thought Lids was the place to go to get your hats embroidered. I didn't see a machine for that here.
