Visited the lancome counter with my family to help my mom, aunt, sister check out some things. The store was so clean, bright and well organized. We ended up at the lancome counter and had Rachelle give us the best service I've had at a large Dept store in a long time. Highly recommend a visit to her counter.

Went to Macy's to buy a couple of shirts. I was at the Macy's Men's at the Fashion Mall on the Las Vegas strip. Leanne took great care to show me the available selections and then showed me the accessible fitting room. It is huge!! Lots of room for my wheelchair to maneuver.
