The interior is bright, neat, clean, and organized with everything well displayed and trendy. There is lots of variety to peruse. Customer service is frequently highlighted as excellent, helpful, attentive, friendly, and professional. Staff are described as making great recommendations and providing phenomenal service, with specific praise for the cashier, makeup counter team, and employees in the children's department, exchange and return department, Backstage, and women's department checkout. Generic department store what can I say. But in a cute little setting; Downtown Summerlin. I didn't find what I was looking for, but was able to zip through In-&-Out.

It is amazing that in this age of online shopping some department stores are able to keep their doors open. Macy's brand is a household name, but this location close to downtown Vegas is not its best stocked location. However in a spacious mall to shelter from the heat outside.
