Macy's always has the best shirts. The best clothes, the best jewelry, the best fragrances and they also have really good deals. I don't really go anywhere else to buy my stuff except Macy's. the people that are very polite and knowledgeable.

They are the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen in my life! I wanted to pick up my order for a gift for my wife for Christmas online. Online said it’s supposed to be available there. I ordered it. I came to pick it up and the only thing they told me they don’t have it. They didn’t even send me an email or anything That’s telling me. That they don’t have it no more! now I don’t have time to buy gifts for my wife and it’s Christmas and the only thing they can tell me is they don’t have it no help no nothing! This is really the worst thing ever experience buying stuff from Any store!!!!

I love Macy’s good quality good service fantastic awesome sales. I don’t usually go anywhere else to shop except Macy’s. They have everything I need for myself or a gift with affordable prices with their awesome sale.

I went with my family to look for some polo shirts. We were dressed in casual clothing a bit underdressed I guess. Security would not take his eye off us thinking we were going to steal something. My son wanted a cologne and I asked for help, waited 10 minutes and nobody came to help. This was a perfect example of profiling, when we walked out security stared us down. Other people walked out before us and he would tell them to have a good day. It was a very degrading experience, I have shopped in Macy’s so many times and this particular location was an experience I do not want my family to ever have to endure. I understand this is not all Macys, however I will never go to this location again.

On 8/24/2024, visited Macy's Arroyo location and was greeted by Kim. She had helped me open my Amex account, cologne for me and apparel. She then referred me to Michelle for check out. Both were friendly, helpful, kind, great customer service from beginning to end with a smile 😁. Kudos to you both, keep up the amazing work and awesome service. Thank you ❤️

I purchased a suit from a location in Staten Island, NY two days before and I found out that it went on sale for 50%. So I came to this Arroyo location to get a price adjustment. A nice lady by the name of Lan processed my price adjustment which was quick and smooth. Then my wife and I decided to look around. An extremely helpful and very welcoming employee by the name of Hanna helped asked if we. She is an ELITE level employee with an exceptional gift of customer service. As we were checking out the cashier name Kim, looked over to us, politely made eye contact and said “I’ll be right with you.” Once we arrived at our register she said “Thank you for waiting.” The service at this location was top notch. Very clean and organized location

First time at this location. And glad I stopped in! Everyone was super helpful. Right down to the security guard who took the items out of my hands so I didn't have to carry them around as I shopped. I also really like the size of this store. It's not super huge but not small either. They have just enough options. I will definitely be back. I much prefer this store over the next closest location in Downtown Summerlin. This will now be my go to Macy's.

Found a few items and they ended up being on sale so that’s a bonus. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great customer service! Keep up the great work. Plenty of parking! I was only sad they didn’t carry Betsey Johnson but I survived…🤷🏽♀️

Although on the smaller size, this location is very cute and had great selections of stylish outfits. I was shopping for a watch and was unable to find one I liked, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would return for clothes shopping, and overall it's nice to have a Macy's so close by.

So glad a Macy’s store finally opened up on our side of town! I used to drive to the Galleria Mall location at Henderson and it’s about a 20-miles drive from our location. I had a great experience so far with their customer service. The sales associates I spoke to were always very friendly and helpful.
