Suggest you try the family style if 4 or more on your party and take advantage of take home entries for additional $6 each. Forgot to add kudos to Peter he did an excellent job and made the experience even more enjoyable.

My first time visit to Maggiano's Little Italy and everything was exceptional! Four of us dined. Starting with the Service, our server, Mr. Parkman, truly one of the most friendly, helpful and attentive waiters I've ever had! The salads and the main dishes we each had were delicious! It was quite busy, being a Saturday evening, but again the service and food choices we each made were great! Only wish they could duplicate this fine Italian restaurant to where I live - I would become a regular visitor to dine at Maggiano's! Sorry, no pics on this review - we were all into conversing and hungry! And when we left we each had meals to take with us - just way too good to leave anything behind! And we also brought home some fabulous tasty deserts as well!

It is amazing when you get a 5-star experience as a guest at a chain restaurant. But we had the pleasure of dining at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Summerlin. The evening was an absolute delight from start to finish. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional level of attentive service provided by the staff. It is important to mention that my better half has a garlic allergy. We had just left an American cafe across the way from Maggiano’s that barely had any items for her to eat. So, you might ask, why did we go to an Italian restaurant featuring a cuisine famous for garlic? Well, we took a shot. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make our dining experience memorable. The greeter at the front desk didn’t know if they could serve us food without garlic, but immediately dashed to the kitchen to find out. This is not typical when we present our allergy issues in many restaurants, where the reply is typically “no”, or without checking we are guaranteed there isn’t a problem. In this case, a few minutes passed and the manager came to meet us and explained what they might be able to do for us. After being seated at the comfortable booth enjoying the upbeat ratpack tunes playing in the foreground, to our surprise, Chef Alberto Bini came to our table. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu (no surprise since he is the chef) and took the time to explain each dish he could prepare from scratch for us in detail, ensuring we made the perfect selections to suit our preferences. How remarkable is it that a national chain actually has an Italian born chef, and that he might step out from a busy back of the house to guarantee a memorable evening for two people who were there for their first visit? Our smiling server, Rafael was upbeat, accommodating, and efficient. Throughout the meal, the staff demonstrated impeccable attention to detail, seamlessly refilling our drinks, clearing plates promptly, and checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction without being intrusive. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Two managers stopped by the table to make certain our needs were met. Moreover, what truly impressed me was the personalized touches they added to make us feel valued as guests. Whether it was remembering a conversational exchange when it was mentioned that this was my birthday (and bringing a celebratory sweet with candle), or anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, their attention to detail was truly remarkable.Overall, the exceptional level of attention and caring at Maggiano’s elevated our dining experience to new heights. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in their work, and their dedication to providing top-notch service did not go unnoticed. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough, and I look forward to returning soon to enjoy the delicious cuisine, the outstanding hospitality, and a few more minutes sharing a conversation with Chef Bini.I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a serving of warmth and hospitality with delicious food.Dietary restrictions: If you read the review posted you will read about a restaurant that goes to great lengths to accommodate a difficult food allergy (garlic).

Dellicious food with great service. The lunch specials were priced fairly and are a great way to try various menu options. I loved the meatball sandwich, tender and flavorful. I paired it with the minestrone soup and it was terrific. If you drink wine this quickly becomes a pricey lunch but it's otherwise very affordable. A great spot for authentic Italian dining.

We ate here last night took two hours in the bar to get our food. Waited on drinks and then got charged for one we didn’t get (the manager did fix this after speaking with her) maybe try the restaurant side but not the bar side. The atmosphere did not feel welcoming.

Not good… they have some issues with service you can tell. Our server was nice enough but extremely slow. It wasn’t that busy so I’m not sure the delay. At one point I even saw another table getting frustrated and a lady from the group get up to go find the server. The appetizers were OK and the minestrone soup was good. But the entrees were awful. The plates were hot but the food was cold and hard. You could tell it had been sitting out a long time so they just moved it over to hot plates to give the allure of it being fresh. I got the rigatoni Arrabiata and the pasta was hard. Arrabiata is a spicy red sauce and this was not that. There was no spice and there were huge chunks of cheese all over. It was like a plate of cheese with a side of pasta and barely any sauce. Really the weirdest pasta I’ve ever been served. My husband got the rib eye and the mashed potatoes were like a congealed cold blob. Just overall not good. Maybe if you just go to the bar for a drink and an appetizer it’s better that way. But if you dine in prepare to be there an ungodly amount of time and have cold food.

Overall disappointment! We came for my daughters birthday and left very unhappy. Nothing worse than bad service, bad food, and being out quite a bit of money. The only food item that was decent was the zucchini appetizer. Everything else was bland, boring, and subpar to what I could easily cook at home. We waited quite a while to get “fresh” bread. It did not taste at all fresh. Also very plain and served with cold butter. The Maggianos salad was kinda boring and the alfredo was salty and thick. It was so bad that both my daughter and myself only had one bite of our food. We ordered drinks with our meals and never received them. The server would be gone for so long inbetween checking on us. We did not eat or take our meals home. We then ordered a cake for my daughter and the server totally forgot. Came back 15 minutes later and asked if we wanted to order dessert??? Wow!! When we received it we should have know it was freezer burned- yuk! Took forever to get the bill. When we did the manager brought it. Said she took off my daughters kids meal (yippee!) but never asked how anything was or apologized. Both my husband and myself worked in the restaurant industry for years. We are pretty easy going. If the food isn’t good we can get over it if we at least have good service. Unfortunately this was all around horrible. My daughter asked to go out the next night since her 9th bday dinner “sucked”! We will obviously never go here again and recommend you don’t!

Love Maggiano’s! Best italian in Las Vegas- the hosts and servers are always so sweet, the food never misses and always comes out so quickly. A must-visit every time.
