I have been using their mailbox, mail forwarding and registered agent service for 15+ years and couldn't be happier. I am constantly on the move and they get my mail to me wherever I am in the world. Their staff is great, responsive and professional. Highly recommend them!

Mail Link located at 848 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV is one of the worst places that I have ever rented a mail box in Las Vegas. The service is poor and the people who work there are very UNPROFESSIONAL. This place is not even worth One Star!

I'm sharing information about MailLink mail service at 848 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV because 1099s and other financial documents will soon be mailed for tax season and I want to bring notice to everyone who trusts this company with their mail to be on the lookout. I hope that Jake, the new owner reads this so he'll know to be more careful with everyone else's tax documents or any other mail for that matter. This used to be an upstanding business until the change of ownership. Since then, my mail has come up missing several times. I had been using MailLink since 2018 and never had a problem getting my mail but beginning in January 2023, under new ownership, my 1099 came up missing and throughout the months, other mail from financial institutions, including my retirement company has come up missing. I regret giving the new owner Jake the benefit of the doubt for so many months because mail continued to come up missing. Since 1995, I've never not received my open enrollment packet but this year I didn't get it when it was mailed to me in September. Yes. New owner again! There're too many "coincidences" since the Jake took over. I don't blame staff members because they have been there before the new owner and they have always been professional and I've never had any missing mail before Jake took ownership. On November 02, 2023, I was looking over my online credit card account and noticed a charge pending from MailLink that was made on November 01st, which I didn't make. Jake took it upon himself to save my credit card information from the last time that I paid my bill. He then took it upon himself to charge my card before the due date, even though he never requested to use my credit card and I have never given him nor his company my permission save my credit card information and I've never authorized this company free use of my credit card because I use a different card each time that I have paid. That was the last straw for me! I feel so violated. There was no doubt that the Jake basically stole my credit card information and used my card without my permission! If you are a customer, you don't have to take my word for it. I'm sure I'm not the only one whose mail has come up missing under Jake's ownership and I'm probably not the only one whose credit card information was stolen and used without permission. Please note: I've never been late with my payments. I usually paid a couple of days in advance but since Jake took over, he would send emails requesting payment even though I paid days before due date. I feel quadruply violated. First, because of the many times that my mail has come up missing. Second, because Jake decided to save my credit card information without permission. Third, Jake used my credit card without my permission. Fourth, my decision for which card to use was violated. Again, I always use a different credit each time I make a payment but Jake decided which of my credit cards to use, even though he nor his staff have ever been given my authorization to save my credit card information or to use my credit card that Jake saved from August 2023, the last time that I used my credit card to pay for three months of service. Prospective customers: I chose this mailbox service because of the price back in 2018 but the former owner Eric is no longer affiliated with MailLink and the price has now doubled. You can get a UPS box, a Post Office box, or another mailbox for the same price or less. But if you decide to use mail service with MailLink at 848 N. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89107, make sure not to give the benefit of the doubt when your mail is "lost" because mail frequently comes up missing since Jake took ownership. Again, I want to point out that staff at MailLink has proven to be trustworthy and professional in handling the mail at MailLink. It's only since Jake has been there that I've experienced missing mail several times.

Dirty and staff with horrible attitudes. Seeing the state of decay, I get the feeling that this place may close soon. Not a place I would want to be getting my mail.
