Matt went above and beyond for us. He hung in there for over a year dealing with our previous mortgage company and helping us with this giant loan. He knew when to check in and when to wait. He worked hard, was professional, and pleasant to work with. We would recommend Matt in a heartbeat.

Donnie at Mann Mortgage is great to work with. Very responsive and hard working. He has done a few loans for me in the past and every experience is the same. The mortgage process can be challenging but having someone like Donnie on your side makes a world of difference.

Donny and the rest of the team at Mann Mortgage are true professionals, and are also extremely easy to work with. It was first time buying a home, so I had my concerns about this whole process. This team of hard-workers made sure all of my concerns were addressed, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Because of this team, I can now call myself a homeowner!

I don't really like to write a negative review, but with my very bad experience with this person I need to explain how this person was unprofessional and very rude. So my review mostly it will be for this person so you guys be aware when you deal with him. So Sal Viti, contacted me through my real estate agent, to give me a pre approval, and he gave me pre approval for FHA loan for K350, so I was surprised for this number because I went to a few lenders and they told me that I'm only qualify for k250 so I texted him and talked to him few times about my special situation about my job history so he responded with his rude attitude and unprofessional saying "I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING, I'V BEEN DOING THIS FOR 24 YEARS AND YOU ARE 100% QUALIFIED FOR THIS AMOUNT"So I trusted his worse knowledge and experience, so I went to shop for properties around this amount. So one of the lenders contacted me and told me to be careful with this pre-approval letter because those numbers are not true and when it goes to underwriting, it will get denied and you will ended up by losing your appraisal's money and you will also lose your home inspections money as well. So contacted Sal Viti again to told him about what I was curious about, and he ended up yelling at me and telling me about his experience again, so I told him I found the house so you need to take my application to underwriting to make sure I can get this amount of money. So he did what I told him to do and my application get denied, and when he find his self wrong he try to fake the situation and flip everything on me. Again I'm not saying anything about the this company but writing this review about Sal Viti this person is unprofessional and he always overwhelm, and he have ZERO customer service. Don't trust him and always check out after him. I have approve of this conversation you can check my screenshot pictures from our text messages it will be uploaded with this review.

Such a pleasant experience working with Mann Mortgage. They really made what can be a long and tedious process easy to navigate. They provided a high level of communication and customer care throughout the process, were very knowledgeable and helpful. No jumping through hoops and answering the same questions over and over again as we experienced recently with another entity. Where it seemed the right hand had no idea what the left was doing or even cared how difficult they made the process due to their inability to successfully communicate internally. We really should have gone to Mann Mortgage first. Don't learn the hard way, start with the best first. Thank you Mann Mortgage
