I’ve been coming here for years, and EVERY TIME I go into the dressing room, there is a THICK pile of dust and dirt on the floor! To the point where it gets on the clothes that I’m wearing and it’s getting dirty! It’s so much that I start sneezing!! It will take weeks of not cleaning for it to be in this condition. It’s absolutely disgusting! The photos are of my stall only and this was the “cleanest” one I could find!

I dropped something on accident i didn’t break it. I went to pick it up and a worker told me “STOP DESTROYING THE STORE IM WORKING” and i didn’t do anything i dropped something so i went to pick it up. When she said that it sounded like she was yelling at me like I’m her kid.

Overall store experience horrible. Vagrants in dressing arguing with themselves and thefts in progress while I was shopping.

Fun shopping here for some gift items to take home from USA. Good selection and friendly service. Bright clean store was well stocked. Shopped during the week and early morning so it was super quiet and luxurious to toddle slowly through each department.
