This facility is well-managed with careful ownersite; and also by the Property Manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful with explaining the terms of the storage contractual agreement, showing me the way around the property and being as helpful as as possible.
Melissa is an overall pleasure to interact with.
Sometimes dealing with rental storage facilities can be not what one expected with monthly rates changing monthly. Maximum Security Self Storage has me locked into a fixed 12-mo. rate.
I think this is a safe and well-protected, well-cured place to store one's items that need to be out of the way.

I had an amazing experience from David and Susan From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine willingness to help. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. I had the pleasure of working with David, the property manager at Maximum Security self storage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and service. From the moment I inquired about a unit, David was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through all the available options, made sure I understood the rental process, and provided clear answers to all my questions.

We just found out today Someone break-in to our storage and took all of the valuable stuff.. thought this was a maximum security storage but it's not. We are paying $135/month without security! Do not rent this storage, it's not secured!!!!

Had horrible experience with this company :( my entire unit was robbed. I had recently moved out of state but had no place to store my things in my new home. Some months after my move I received the dreaded email that my storage had been broken into. It was a full very large unit with pretty much everything I had ever owned :( about 99% of my things were stolen and empty boxes were left. After the the theft I came to find out that the thieves had been going in and out of my unit as they pleased and would steal throughout the night. I would NOT recommend this place at all. It’s cheap, however you get what you pay for. They do not offer in house insurance which is rare, but now I know why. Save yourself the headache and find a place that will actually protect your belongings

Maximum security? More like minimum. My whole unit in the C building was robbed. They only have live video no recording. I also bought the locks from them that was broken into with no damage on the lock. Store here at your risk.

I would give a lower rating if possible... The place is completely infested with rats,our entire storage unit was covered in Rat pee and p****** We had to throw everything away...Management is aware and not warning any customers..Do not store your belongings here.

I have been perfectly content with my storage unit for the past several years. I'm in an conditioned building which has been well maintained. But I'm inspired to write a review by the courtesy call I recently received, following one of my rare visits to the unit. Evidently, after going to the unit a second time that day to check on something, I didn't appropriately position my lock (that's what you get from rushing). Staff noted the lock position and called me to let me know of my error, within several days of my visit. I was able to quickly rectify my mistake, thanks to staff vigilance.
