Do Not Rent from Sixt. We have a prepaid reservation for almost $1k and they won't rent a vehicle because a maiden name was on the credit card. It's prepaid and now we need to wait 10 days if they approve the refund. How convenient! We used Priceline. Then walked over Alamo and rented. Just like she's done for almost 6 years. What a joke all over a $200 deposit.

I've been renting from Hertz for many, many years but recently I've tried other firms. I flew into Vegas on Thanksgiving to attend a concert on Saturday and went back to Hertz because I wanted a full-sized sedan. I arrived just after 10am and caught the bus to the rental car center. I chose Hertz because I am a Gold member and that would allow me to bypass the counter and go directly to select a car.It was fortuitous because the line at the Hertz counter was very long, 50-plus people. I went upstairs, saw my name on the board and went to get a car. Uh, there weren't any cars in the Gold lot. There were a couple of people standing around and I asked what was going on ... they were waiting for cars. Well, twenty-plus minutes later a car would show up and be taken. I had to wait about 35 minutes before I could snag a car. If you weren't aggressive, someone else would have taken it. A very stressful experience; not a great way to start my stay in Vegas. If I rated Hertz then, it would have been a 0 - 1 star review.Conversely, returning the car was what I've come to expect from Hertz. Quick efficiency. I drove up and a couple of minutes later I was on my way to the bus station to take me back to the terminal.Final thoughts: I guess I will attribute my experience at pickup to it being Thanksgiving because when I returned my car I checked out the Gold lot and it was filled with cars. In any case, it was a decent overall experience.

Once again, complete dysfunction! The worst in the world! Way to shine Vegas. Lines are 300-yards long and nobody knows what to do. Incompetence! Ditch this place and take a cab. That is my suggestion!

The Center lacks signage for a smooth transition through the center to the airport. Although the drop off process was quick, finding details on gates, shuttles etc is a bit confusing. The shuttle to the airport drops passengers off on the ground floor of the car park and it’s a bit of a trek to the check-in gates and signage is practically non-existent. Although we were directed to go to level 2, for check in, it’s level 1 of the airport. The shuttle bus driver and personnel are professional and friendly.

I will never rent another vehicle from this location again! I was scammed while standing at the counter from one of the Dollar Rental Car agents and can't get anyone to call me back or even address the issue. My advice is do some research and read the tons of reviews from customers with the same experience I had.

This is for the rental center, not the rental car agencies. once you get to the rental center, everything went smooth. but as mentioned by others, the budget are slow to come. when i arrived, it took 4 busses to transport all the folks who had arrived, that was after waiting for 15 to 30 minutes. a similar wait going from rental car center to airport.

Over the years, time and time again when I come, the lines are always long. It doesn't matter what rental car agency we go to, the wait is long, so be prepared. The shuttles back and forth to the airport arrive quickly. The employees are always nice, it's just a place where you "hurry up and wait".

Returning was a lot less painful than renting. At least in the morning... was pretty well organized across the rental companies. Signs were good. Shuttle was fast and efficient. Shuttle driver was cheerful and friendly. Why not five stars.... It's still an airport rental location. It only gets four stars because I think by now my expectations are so low... I mean, I basically said it serves its function and people did their job.

The Las Vegas Airport rent a car center was the best way to put all the rent a car places in one place without clogging up the airport. It was easy to process through and pick up the car and the people running it were exceptionally kind and professional (at least for Enterprise they were). The drop off was super easy and very easy to locate. The shuttle to and from the airport is very efficient.

Massive place with loads of options to choose from. The process is easy but the queues can be long. The process to leave the car is super easy tho, you just have to get the car into the right parking space (plenty of signs telling you where to) and you just leave the keys there and leave to get your flight.

A one stop location for any brand of car retal. Super spacious and pretty quick service. They have shuttle service to go to Airport from here and the frequency is pretty good! Ample seating area and some grab to go food store available. Clean and neatly maintained facility with restrooms.

I am assuming the shuttle buses that run between the airport terminals and the car rental center are coordinated by the management of the car rental center. When I travel to Las Vegas, I usually drive. On this one occasion, I had to address an emergency, so I flew into LAS and rented a car.My arrival flight landed in LAS a little after midnight. The wait to get onto a shuttle bus from the terminal to the car rental center was 45 minutes. My departing flight was at 5:00am. The wait to get onto the shuttle bus from the car rental center to Terminal-1 was about 15 minutes. However, the wait line was outdoors--and it was raining. Is it that there a simply fewer buses in service during the wee hours of my arrival and departure? I don't know. But as "2-stars" signify, "it could've been better".

It's a shared rental car facility. You'll find em at a lot of airports. Harry Reid International (formerly McCarran International) has put together a good operation with a relatively quick shuttle service, and all of the major brands in one place. A few brands could probably use a little more space, but that's almost business as usual. Easy to find and get in and out of.

3.8 Waited about 30min to get my turn on weekends around 14:00. I provided all the info to rent a car including options but still they asked me to fill out something. After that, everything went smooth. I was satisfied with the GMV suv. Very comfy all the way to San Diego. Returned it to Lax.

Easy in and out. Love the fact that it is not located too close to the airport. Pretty much stress free. Nice facility, clean and easy to navigate.
