This McDonalds is a perfect example of Joe Biden and Barack Obamas woke Democrat policies. It doesn't work. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible employees. But dont take my word for it... go find out for yourself. Shame on you D and McDonald's. You will go bankrupt soon enough and you might learn...but probably not.

No table service despite asking, the food was forgotten and ended up being cold. The service was completely overwhelmed.

Without telling you that they are short-staffed and do the kiosk you are instructed to grab a number in order for them to bring you your food they will not be able to bring you your food and you would have to listen for your name when you are sitting in the back deepest recess of the restaurant so you will end up eventually walking up to the counter during the most busiest of nights or the lightest of days and your food will be cold

Staff is very friendly. This is a very busy location and I'm impressed by how fast orders get out. I recommend using the mobile app to order.

I've frequented this place multiple times during my stay at The D, but my last experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning. I ordered a drink and was working on my tablet, intending to order lunch 45 to 60 minutes later. However, a hotel manager approached me, citing MCD, called them that, and told them I had been there too long and wasn't welcome anymore. I calmly explained to the employee at the desk that I planned to order lunch after finishing my drink, as I've done in other restaurants without issue. Sadly, he just shrugged his shoulders. Feeling ignored, I left with a one-star rating. If they had simply explained their policy, even if it meant no food orders after 30 minutes, I would have understood, and my rating might have been higher. When I return to Los Vegas again, I will be chosing another hotel without a MCD.

Avoid this place!! I wanted to pay cash so I went to the till. Took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. It wasn’t busy. Had to ask twice for someone to come down and take it and was told both times that someone is coming. When someone finally took my order, she had the worst attitude. I understand working at McDonald’s isn’t going to make you the happiest, but no need to be rude. Didn’t get a receipt for my order. Tried the food and it was the worst McDonalds I have ever had to the point where I couldn’t eat it. When I tried to bin my food, all the bins were full. Very bad experience. Save your money and eat somewhere else, there are loads of places around.

Gotta be the worse customer care I have ever experienced from this brand. I ordered: 1 tea, 1 hot chocolate, 2 apple pies. The hot water and tea bag was placed in full view but not served, 5 mins later I was served with the 2 apple pies. I said what about the tea and choc? I was given the hit water and teabag. Um, the hot chocolate? Checks my order slip and brings one 2 mins later. I had to ask for the cream and sugar"; I was not asked if I wanted either. Add to this the lethargic attitude, no apologies, no smiles, and no thank you. I have experienced a similar "can't wait to get out of here" frame of mind in other McD in the USA recently. Either standards and deteriorated or customer service had never been heard of. UK staff knocks the socks of USA staff; and UK staff are not renowned for good customer service, but are in a different league to the USA staff. Also UK staff still practice the fast food way of working!
