Nobodyvtakes your order. Some items and deals are hard to find at the kiosk. Workers behind the counter ignore anyone at the front counter. Food is cold, just like the dirty dining room. Go somewhere else.

McDonald's has become a fast food swindler to the consumer on a very tight budget. You have the white collar upper class that drive by because they can afford to pay for food with a higher nutritional value, blue collar that get McDonald's as a ( quick gut filler during lunch, and then you have that new class of hard working people that put in 60+ hours a week and still can't afford a happy meal because they had to make a conscious decision of paying a bill or taking a big chunk of what they worked for on the same happy meal that cost half the amount less than a year ago!. They call us the " T-Shirt class!!"

Order my kids the big breakfast with hot cakes the sausage was bigger then the egg..they cut my son's egg in half he has autism n he loves eggs n he was very upset when he saw his eggs cut in half

Just a heads up do not order from this McDonald's across from palace station. First you need to know they only take cards no cash second our credit card was possible compromised at this store. Also worse store I for orders and also I have called and called to report the card incident and no one answers and the mailbox is

For some reason this location is the only one where multiple times there’s an issue where they only “accept cash” not even mobile orders and “no receipts” ? Just seems suspicious to me

Manager/Assistant Manager Melissa (i Believe that was her name), was beyond rude, highly embarrassed me and kicked me out of the restaurant, having me leave in tears because i spent 15 mins in the restroom on account of an upset stomach. She was very loud, held the door too the restroom open the entire time so the entire restaurant could hear our interaction and when i tried apologizing and explaining she kept cutting me off and laughing. Mind you this is after i was a paying customer.

Visited the drive thru last night about 8pm and I don't know how to put this but I believe my large vanilla shake was NOT just a regular everyday vanilla shake. Can't exactly know what was in it or not but it was NOT by far the same consistency as other times I have ordered. Was unable to even drink more than two swigs. Not cool.
