“I have been trying to get into the shop for a few days. So happy I went in today. The store is clean and organized very appealing to the eye. I was so happy to be greeted by Naomi. She asked me what I was looking for. She found me a few pants to try. After explaining that some of these pants were baggy she suggested I try petite. Wow, ok sure enough that worked. I ordered two petite size 2x pants. I am short so the regular joggers were too baggy. Even though I didn't take them home because we had to order, I am so happy to have purchased here. Thank you Naomi. Excellent service.”

Tina's teammates - like her - are empathetic and professional. During peak periods, they try their best to give the best service to their cients,, but there are only so many minutes in a work day. Some circumstances are beyond their control. However, they do not lose their patience.
Carissa, Crystal, Rebecca, Gabriel and Steve work together toward one goal - reassuring the customer that they will do their best to inform the customer what to expect, to the best of their knowledge and ability.
Natalie is always professional although pleasant and helpful, you'd never guess she is a manager. Always accommodating and willing to help even when subject to unavoidable circumstances. She pitches in where she is needed, always courteous and cheerful, trying to work through difficult and challenging situations.

“I left Walgreens and CVS and now I only go to city pharmacy. They always make sure my prescriptions are ready when the fill date is due, no hassle and they treat me like family which I appreciate. I’ve been here going on Two years and this place is family owned, has a delivery option for patients without vehicles. If you haven’t tried city pharmacy give them a try and I truly think you’ll love it. When the pharmacy knows you by name I feel like that’s a nice gesture instead of the big brand pharmacy’s who could care less.”

“I was traveling and hurt my ankle. From the airport in Houston, I was able to call Emerald Medical Supplies and they knew exactly what I needed, a knee scooter. Their pricing was WAY more than fair and by the time I landed in Las Vegas and made my way to the hotel, they had already delivered my scooter to the bell desk. Scooters are in better condition and they are not throttled to the point where it's hard to go over an incline such as in front of Venetian. Customer service is good. With scooter bug. I had to call a couple of times to get a scooter replacement which took hours and I was stuck in one place waiting for them to you. Finally deliver a new scooter but the process just trying to get scooter bag to answer their phone was absolutely ridiculous! I have never had this sort of issue, and I've never had to exchange, a scooter with Desert Medical”

The technician , Von, was excellent- very thorough with explaining use and care of the machine, seeing my brother was properly fitted with his mask, and making sure my brother understood all the details. Those who have given low stars seemed to have problems with insurance or billing which apparently is handled by another dept- and not on site. We will see how the supply ordering and replenishment experience will be.”
