Didn't receive the advertised trans treatment described by the manager ($300). DM is reviewing the process. Consistently getting the same bs with tires and balancing ($1000), not to mention buisness is almost non existant. I feel sad 1 star is the lowest rating!!

Horrible customer service! They did me wrong sent my car to their shop on 2/2/2025 I was then informed i needed frame work and that they would pay for the tow bill to be sent to the body shop I agreed. When I got to the body shop they informed me to fix the frame was 2000$ plus an 80$ tow bill which was upsetting because that’s an expensive job plus Jared (former manager) told me he would pay for the tow I paid the 2080$ and called meineke to ask them what happened about paying the tow fee he said he will pay the tow bill to get the car back to them and I agreed on 2/26/2025 ryan (new manager) informed me Jared was fired and that they was declining work on my car and that I now I had to pay another tow bill because the last manager (Jared) stated I agreed to add the tow bill onto my bill after they worked on my car which is false. If they wasn’t going to work on my car I wouldn’t have had it towed to them in the first place ! Don’t come here

The guys here at the shop in Nellis we’re nice New exactly what was wrong with my car that I was trying to get Smog and they do great alignments I highly suggest you go there to the one on Nellis especially it’s very hard to find honest mechanics these days and they do a job and do a professionally Thank you.
