The customer service here is excellent! If no one is in the office when you arrive, someone immediately comes in to greet you and help you. Robert and Treyvon are very friendly. They kept me in the loop when my service took longer than expected and did everything they could to make sure that what needed to be done could be completed that day by finding the place with the part that was accessible. It's only been a day, but I'm happy with the treatment of my Mustang. I will definitely come here in the future for my car repair needs. Thank you so much, guys!😊

Brought in the work van to get it tuned up for an upcoming smog test and everyone pulled together so efficiently. They gave me great updates throughout the process and were very transparent with the work they had to do every step of the way. The guys were all so helpful and respectful and I so appreciate all the help and hard work.

Although Google Maps had me drive past the store, I managed to find it. I had scheduled my service the day before, and I was over half an hour late.
Johnathan was great! He said no problem. After reviewing the services I requested, he took a look at my mileage, etc. He recommended a plan of action which was exactly what i planned on doing (in the near future). He explained why i shouldn't do certain things seperatly how beneficial it would be for the life of my car. Short story Long, just kidding! Even though I was indecisive at 1st - he still got me out in an hour, just as promised. As for the actual work on my car, I have no reason to believe it's anything other than perfect.

I called for a price, the person wouldn’t quote me over the phone and rushed me off but he reassured me he’d call me back. It’s been 5.5hours. Not the best customer service.

The staff at The Lamb Store essentially very friendly and even showed me the part that was worn down casing my engine light to come on.
The staff at the Hollywood at Lake Mead Store was very friendly as well I would recommend Meinkne if some one needed reliability for a shop to.fix their vehicle.

Johnathon is great. What an asset to this company. Work is completed in a timely manner. Excellent work and work environment. A very pleasant atmosphere. I went to Meineke because of the advertisement of $39.99 oil change. The agent wasn't friendly and the oil change ended up costing $120 and I was charged a credit card processing fee of $2.85 even though I was asked cash or card and I paid cash. Definitely not what I expected.
