I had a tire that was leaking air. They told me I needed an appointment just for them to look at it and no available appointments until the next day. Left and took it to a local shop who repaired it in 20 minutes.

Didn’t fix my problem. Over $200.00 diagnostic looking for other items other than what I asked to have repaired. I told them specifically the code what I needed looked at. Then when I tried get a copy of diagnostic paperwork they said since i didn’t have the services fixed I don’t get one. Worthless why am I paying for diagnostics and not get a full report.

Management policies from the 1960's? I wanted to pay for a Good Friends bill, and they refused to take my credit card over the phone. In the past several years, I've used my cc via phone for Airline tickets, for Vet bills, for Funeral Services, for Dentists - for more money than this bill was. OK, I'll solve this, I then offered to go in person to a Meineke 5 minutes from me - no, they refused that as well. So the final straw, I said if you - unlike anyone else - have to see a cc owners Drivers License to verify ownership, then at least let my close-by Meineke do that for you. No, refused again. What kind of non-business-savvy Mgmt do this? Their policies are prehistoric! I used to patronize Meineke's - not anymore. Goodbye FOREVER!

We have been customers for the last 10 years and they clearly have been ripping us off the whole time. My 2010 Dodge charger in for a diagnosis and they tried to quote me $1600 for a bad starter and alternator ! I replaced the battery problem solved’! I decided to go and get a second opinion and started an alternator. We’re fine. I just needed a new battery.!
