I purchased an Apple Watch yesterday and received great customer service from Eliana and her colleague. The different watches were explained to me and they charged two of them for me so I could check and make sure they work. 5/5 service. It was near closing and they didn’t rush me either.

This pawn shop is the cleanest and friendliest staffed pawn shop out of all the ez pawns. They wipe there items down and there displays are super clean and stocked with great items at great prices. I highly recommend this location. Even tho east Craig road ez pawn is my home and my favorite this would definitely rank right up there as my top two and I’ll be coming here often. Thanks everyone.

Bridget the manager treated me and my girlfriend very poorly and was very rude when I asked if she can do $5 off some shoes? She made facial expressions making me feel bad for asking a simple question. I felt rush when she said “These shoes bearly came out 25 days ago so I can’t discount anything at all, DO YOU WANT THEM OR NOT? I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but if she was she shouldn’t have taken it on customers wanting to buy shoes. Also another shoes were $21 and very damaged, so I asked if she can do $20 out the door and she got mad and said NO! I do not recommend this location when she is in the store. I been to other locations and never have received such terrible experience.

This place is a scam!! Stole my ring saying someone broke into their safe how? It’s a safe!! Idc do not go here pick somewhere else! ANYWHERE ELSE!! PS they didn’t even call to tell me they just erased my ring off the app like I never had a pawn there …..RUN FOR YOUR LIFE….they can’t keep your stuff safe don’t trust em’ you’ve been warned!!

Went to get my item out of pawn told that they don't have it.and they can't talk about it. Gave me a paper to go to arbitration .I will be filling a police report. Then suing them.what a scam steal your property know police report. Then give you penny's on the dollars. I needto open a pawn shop.
