This location is ran by a handful of men who are not professional nor do they have the proper training on phone sales. They tried to rip off my husband and I. Once we called them out he refused the full refund so we had to talk to the manager my husband and I even went to a other metro store and was told by that manager that this guy at the bonanza location was trying to scam us. AVOID THIS LOCATION save your self the time and stress

Don't go to this metro. There customer service sucks and says closes at 7pm on sunday yet they told me it was closed at 6pm when I walked in to pay my bill

Overall worst experience I've had . With each and all issues and situations just get yada yada.. empty appoligies and promises. Totally incompetent inefficient assistant or help best day is when I left. And dropped them like I was treated.
