0 i give you no stars your never opened on time you flipping suck every damn time i go there my bill is always higher. incompetant loosers im switching everytime its something your flipping deal are shit. you get a free phone but you pay all this garbage hidden charges thats why i get a free phone but i still pay 180.00$ thats for the first month it should just be a 50 plus tax and now they wanna penalize you for walking in and paying your bill and you cant even show up to work to open your store you people are lazy and incompetint and enough is enough. metro pcs sucks theres gotta be something better than hidden charges and some bimbo that comes into work late cause shes ignorant and irresponsible. bad buissness. hire decent employees and maybe youll get a 3 star but your bullshit hidden fees are to much

I had problems with my phone, as did my partner,LG-LMS kept coming up in a small white box with black lettering.Aaron was the employee who read the patch that was sent and fixed both of ours.
