The supervisor hear dosent know how to work the computer came one day she said it could not be done came in the next day skipped past her and whent to another guy and he helped me in 10 minutes what I was told could not be done then she told me my hot spot dosent stop just gets slower so I got it and well it stops not gets slower trans the supers better please or make them do the job not what they want just to make sales

If I could give a minus score I would. Took our payment but said they didn't get it. Then cut my phone off and I had to go in the store and pay again. So has to pay double for one month. Been with t mobile for over 30years and no customer service. They just didn't care. When I called to talk to someone at the main office it was people screaming and laughing and totally unprofessional

They go way way way out of the way to help you in any way they can I've been going there for 3-4 years. The same employee always helps me the man really knows what he's doing when it comes to cell phones.

2nd visit of the day and the woman talking for more than 1 hour with a man instead of serving me.Right now I'm going to another branch and I'm unsubscribing. It's so wasteful to want to fix something and it seems like they're doing you a favor. Hire people who want to work and not come to be CRAZY

THIS STORE SELLS FAULTY PHONESRude workers and company doesn't honor there return policy even for faulty phone the manager is the worse he did nothing about his rude employees trying to blame interior phone damage on me regardless of there not being 1 scratch on it

Ya know, customer service has become non-existent at most places, but we came to this Metro PCS on 01/20/2024 to price some phones, not even serious about buying them. Bernice was such a sweetheart and worked her tail off to get us answers. If she didn't know the answer, she looked it up instead of guessing. Because of her strong work ethic, we felt that her responses were trustable enough for us to buy $1200 worth of phones right then and there. Bernice was quick with the long process of activating everything and even double checked that I got her the right account number from Verizon because it didn't look right to her. I haven't been treated SO WELL in a very long time. I hope her manager sees this and recognizes what an outstanding employee he/she has.We are enjoying our two new Samsung S23 FEs now and the upgrade was worth every penny. Thank you Bernice! And good luck with your baby that's on the way. She's gonna have a GREAT mommy!
