This place is horrible, the employees are unprofessional, rude, they charge you for the card and activation, They have no knowledge or They don't care to explain anything to you, I imagine that the Manager is worse because this is what is Demonstrated in this Horrendous place, "Don't go "There are other stores I suppose With better staff, but in General this Company is Horrible even in Customer Service

I walked in 2 ask about the Internet & there were 2 people ahead of me so I sat down to wait. 2 Mexican men came in after me and instead of the Mexican cashier helping me he helped the 2 Mexican men. The woman he was working with told him that I was next. He said oh well & helped them so I got up and I left. I don't recommend people go to this store because they're disrespectful... check the cameras between 6pm - 7:30pm on 12/28/23 at 2580 S Decatur Blvd Las Vegas NV 89102

No mames, he says the plans are $40 to start and 60 is the most expensive and today I happen to turn off my cell phone and I tell him I want to change the plan to the 40 because I had the 60 and he tells me it's 50 and I tell him I don't want the 40 but they are 5 for the plan and 5 for activation which in the small print says that only when I pay with the bank card it would be 40 but the store and their work are 5 and that every time I go to the store I will pay 50 and For me to do it online it would be 40, don't suck, those guys are very shameless, that's kuleros education.

I want to report the supposed manager of that metro store, for being reckless, rude, and impolite, who treats customers in the worst way, she has no education and grace to treat the staff well, she is rude, she always treats the service badly, with an attitude Arrogant despot, if he doesn't like that job, let him stay at home... and that way it doesn't hurt each client's day. She should not be working as the assistant manager or supervisor of a place like this.

The store manager Mario was very rude! My high security passcode was changed without my knowledge I call the store before coming up to ask if it’s something he could help with he assured me I could walk into the store with my id an they would be able to help me, once arriving he tells me he can’t help with the high security passcode I then ask where can I go to be helped because this has been an ongoing issues for 2 months he then points me to the door and let’s me know I can take my business elsewhere! Very unprofessional, very rude an nonchalant doesn’t seem like a professional at all I would suggest taking any service or phone needs to another location since he’s clearly not worried about CUSTOMER service.
