Dont buy a phone here, and if you do, make sure to check your bill. I went in 4 months ago to take advantage of the Galaxy a71 5G free when you add a line and they signed me up for the $13 product protection plan which i did not consent. These guys are thieves. I will be calling whoever is in charge of their district and make sure they know what kind of crooks theyre hiring.

This review is for this location only. I highly recommend this location! I had never been here before and am so glad I chose them. They are extremely polite and professional. They are not pushy on products or upgrades, but simply give you your available options. I believe the associate that helped me was Edward. He was so helpful and polite. He also looked into my account and was able to save me money which was extremely helpful. The store is very clean and everyone that came in while I was there was greeted and assisted. I have been to stores where people did not get the news they wanted and the employees allowed the situation to escalate. Not here. They know how to deal with harder situations and all people. This particular store needs recognition for their outstanding efforts!!

I just wanted to leave a review for Jose! He was amazing and so professional. When i came to the store looking for help, he told us exactly what to do and gave us his card. As we came back into the store he took us right away since we had just been in and helped us. Gave us the correct information, took his time, did not try to up sell us and get more money. Gave us plenty of options that would work best for myself and my family. He took his time but also did not keep us waiting. He answered my 1,000 questions that i had lol. The entire staff was great! They all said hello and all followed guidelines to keep them and the customers as safe as they can. Great store and great employees there. thank you guys for helping to make my moms Christmas Great!

Customer service is absolutely horrible inside and the phone no difference my son returned from s korea to unexpected charges that he was wouldn't be charged when he cancelled the service before leaving the United States over a year a ago was charged another 2 months after that not including the charge for the phone he was toldWhen he made that payment That he would just pick up when he returns to America that isn't the case. Chargers have accumulated he would have been happy to pay if that was case if I don't want to give any star but at least the store is practicing social distancing and wearing mask

After I had multiple bad experiences at other t mobiles and on the phone with tech support i was very upset and unsatisfied. Everyone seemed like they were unwilling to help . Until my wife decided we will give it one more go at our go to t mobile store and thats where we meet Eddie. Eddie was amazing. He helped more than anyone was willing to help and he solely is the reason why I am deciding to stay as a customer. He was very calm even though I really wasn't at the time. He made sure we left with a working phone and was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we were happy before we left. I will forever be grateful and thankful for Eddie. Thanks eddie for taking the time when others weren't you and I hope t mobile understands how lucky they are to have you.

I am very upset with this T MOBILE. I bought my first iPhone from here on Thursday. Now I've had T Mobile service for the past 5 years and for about 10 years when I lived in Chicago. They were my first service provider! Anyway, the sales person told me she could not transfer my Android info onto my iPhone. Just can't be done, she said. So I went home and started putting in all my contacts and everything else. I noticed just putting my contacts in was draining my battery. I was also having a hard time turning the phone off. The button was difficult to push. Everyday, without using my phone for anything but texts and an occasional Snapchat and it was draining half the battery. I kept closing out everything but still draining half the battery. After checking with several people and being told that it wasn't right and the phone was defective, I decided to take the phone back to this store. I was told there would be a $50 restocking fee if I wasn't buying another life phone. Yeah right! I'm not buying another phone from a store that just sold me a defective one! I feel ripped off that they would charge me a restocking fee for something that shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place. Before we left I noticed the salesperson write "EXCHANGE" on top of our receipt that she put with the phone. It definitely wasn't an "EXCHANGE" it was a "defective return"! So be ware if you buy an iPhone SE at this store!

They are robbing our poor community and deceiving thier custermers and distroying our credit. They took advantage of a disabled man 5yrs ago.The promotion was to ruffly give them a $100 down payment for a $350 phone and you will get a free case protector. My bill at the time was $40. I just had a very lengthy and complicated interaction with a T-Mobile. I must say that I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and can-do approach. They were also very polite and patient throughout. Kudos to everyone!

Walked into T-Mobile !! And Michelle was extremely amazing and rare with customer service I loved her honestly when it comes to deals !!! I got the best for what I paid for and she made me feel like everything was worth it and the time I was the ! It was fun talking to her she was so cool !! She interacted with my niece as well !!! Nobody give complements anymore and she definitely deserves it!!!! Ask for Michelle !!! She won't disappoint
