Be careful, the guy here claimed that he was giving me free insurance for the first month and that I could cancel it the following month, then he offered a screen protector for 5 dollars, which turned out to be a lie and a scam, he said that I would pay 25 for activation and 10 for the chip which when I got home I checked my bill more carefully and realized that there was no charge for activation or chip, the charge was for the insurance and the screen protector which resulted in a cost of 30 and 16 for Insurance not free or 5 like they said I called customer service and they canceled the insurance and gave me my money back but they couldn't do anything about the screen protector because it is a store sale call my bank to make a claim for a purchase misleading and I am waiting for my $25 refund if you have visited this store or plan to visit check your bill and make sure there are no hidden charges

I am honestly not happy with this provider for some reasons. But I just want to commend the staff named KETONNE (Rainbow, Las Vegas) for doing such a great job last night. He is an impeccable and very helpful guy I have encountered. I went to the store to seek help with my service issues. He was so determined and patient to help out despite me doing my zoom appointment. He even let me sit at the corner and connect their store wifi. what a great guy!

If I could I would give 0 stars. What a joke! I ordered my phone 3 weeks ago, called multiple times to check on it. They finally called me back to tell me that my phone was ready for a pickup. I showed up to find out that even though the phone was in the store, they didn't receive it into their inventory. I wasted 1 hour waiting for a solution, called them today..there is still no resolution.

Good spot, I would just suggest to change the location a little bit and that it looks good. I would also suggest That no matter what the location is, it is crossed to rainbow. It’s a really good spot and it has like a lot of efficient things as well so it’s a good thing to see in to review as well. I would just say that it’s a good location and the people are very friendly. Also shout outs any single person try to come by. If you have any questions about stopping by, I’m usually here a lot so it’s a really good spot to be yet. Any other thing just let me know. Because I’m allowed in touch with those people that work there so I just recommend this place a lot.
