It's Friday 10/25/2024 10:01am metrop was pose to be open at 9 been a while hour sitting here and no 1 has come there is no signs saying closed today on top it's says open on the internet won't talk about the times I have came and employees In there asleep like it's just gets more and more ghetto

Grace went above and beyond. She was very friendly, helpful in picking the phone and very knowledgeable about packages, prices, tech issues Etc. Very pleased and would return.

I've never seen a cell phone store quite like this before. It's heavily fortified with metal bars. There's almost nothing on display. The only thing you notice is the desk at the back. It's like in the MIB movies when you enter a big room and there's nothing but a guy sitting behind a desk and who barely look at up when you enter. Weird place. Not inviting at all. Check out an Apple store to see a complete opposite of this.

Went to get a new sim card activated and phone switched over to my account. They activated the wrong number. Didn't realize it till I came home and was telling my boyfriend about what I was told. $20 bucks lost because they didn't activate our number to a new sim card. Now we are out a phone and money.

I visited the T-Mobile store yesterday, to see if one of the sales associates would apply a screen protector shield on to my Samsung Tablet 'A'. I was greeted by a salesman with the name Ricky, on his name tag and asked if he could provide the service even though I didn't purchase the screen protector or the tablet from in store. Ricky was very courteous and apply the screen protector even though I'm pretty sure he didn't have to. Very satisfied with Ricky's customer service and my experience at the store.
